We used these apartments twice for one night stopovers on a journey through France and back. A family room with twin beds and a sofa bed, which was clean and ample for our needs. Staff in reception were pleasant. Couple of negatives were lack of wifi in the room - there was an Ethernet cable, but no use for tablets or smartphones - you had to go to reception for a wireless connection. The breakfast was overpriced for what was on offer and the lady serving was the so rude it was unreal. Not something you need early in the morning! Also, if there's no parking spaces left (you can't reserve in advance), you have to park on the street... and pay at the meter! However, on the whole it's a good, value for money option, or so we thought.

We stayed here for 5 nights for a visit of poitiers and surroundings. We had a 4 person appartments since we stayed here with our 2 little children. The appartment was clean, modern and cosy. We had expected it to be a bit bigger but it was definitely not a problem. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There is a private parking which can be very handy to park your car in a safe place. Via the parking there is also a shortcut towards the city center.
Breakfast can be taken at the hotel but at the time we stayed there, you could also order croisants and baguettes the night before at the reception desk and collect them in the morning to eat them in your appartment. This was definitely cheaper than taking breakfast at the restaurant.
There is also a swimming pool but unfortunately it was out of order.

Rooms are what to expect of a 3 star hotel. Cheap and ok. Fine kitchen!
But there was no cleaning of my room for the 3 days i was there..
We arrived late at night and we had some problems getting in to our room.. Stupid key safe !
Breakfast is OK for 1 morning..
Service in the reception is just bad.. I had to wait for the women to finish with her computer thing before she paid me any attention.
The receptionist was not service minded at all and she was kind of angry..
Noise level ok
Tv is ridiculous small

Right, where do I begin?
The positives are price, parking, and location. The rooms were generously sized too. If you are a family, or sharing to cut costs, then staying here is a good choice.
I would have rated it higher if we hadn't paid for the pathetic breakfast in advance.
The negatives are staff, pool, and maintenance. The receptionist was nice, but not that bothered. The woman staffing the breakfast room we nicknamed Kreech, as she shouted at everybody and had a look that would cut glass. The pool was so small, you had to be careful not to swallow all the water. The air conditioning in the rooms leaked, hence the damp smell.
Also, Poitiers is not really a 'go-to' place - see my review of the dinosaur called Futuroscope.

Room Tip: Make sure they fix the air-con, as you can't leave the window open. The mossies will get you.

We arrived at 7pm to find we'd just caught the 'receptionist' before she locked up for the night (yes, 7pm on a Saturday!). She was dressed in shorts and t-shirt and seemed to have her boyfriend waiting for her so she was in a bit of a rush. She handed me an envelope and said there'd been a bit of a 'problem' with the family studio that we had booked some 5 months previously, and that we now had two 2 bed studios but they were next to each other. She thrust the keys into my hands and made a hasty getaway (locking the main entrance, goodness knows what we'd have done if we'd arrived at 7.30!). It was then that we found out that the rooms were SORT of next to each other, well one above the other on the 2nd and 4th floors to be exact. The rooms were fine but there was a 'couldn't care less' and 'I'm out of here' attitude of the staff on this occasion. Shame really.

Room Tip: It doesn't seem to matter what room you choose as you're not guaranteed to get it!
