I almost hesitate to share this hidden gem.
The hotel is situated in a quiet street but is convenient to anywhere of this amazing city within walking distance. The architecture is uniquely created on basis of an ancient church - elegant and contemporary! The room is well designed and very clean and stylish. The staffs are very friendly and willing to help. Check out the hotel's restaurant for a romantic dinner. You won't regret!

As part of a road trip, and to celebrate my birthday we stayed here for one night. The reception staff were excellent and spoke good English and let us practice our French on them.

We parked directly outside which we were told was ok if you are English (!!?) and it was.

The room was lovely. I think it was in the newer part as there were no ornate carvings etc, but it was pretty big and very clean. A complimentary mini bar was great and the swish coffee machine was the best we had in our eight hotels on this trip. Big shower, big bed, big room.

Had a really good nights sleep.

We didn't eat in the restaurant but should have as we went wandering for dinner and got desperate in the town as there was not a lot going on food wise, and it was poor. My 40th birthday was saved by this lovely hotel because we weren't impressed by Poitiers and the treatment we got elsewhere.

Stay there and enjoy, but don't go too far as it won't beat this.

Room Tip: The basic ones are really good but you could always pay more for an exceptional one.

Architecturally very interesting...a modern hotel inserted into an old church. We had a third floor room...large, well presented with remnants of the original church columns and capitals on display, great bed and good shower. Quiet, with efficient air conditioning. The hotel is on the edge of the old town and well sited to explore the town. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast is perfectly adequate, if not spectacular. We dined at the separate, but attached, restaurant; I enjoyed my meal, my partner less so. While there is no parking on site, there is parking at the 'Theatre' parking station at the end of the street. Have no hesitation recommending this establishment.

This is a very nice hotel in a lovely city with some wonderful restaurants.
Other reviews describe it's unusual architecture well. BUT I would like to add that on Sundays the restaurant is closed. This means the bar is also closed.
We arrived, after 6 hours on the road, in time to see the last set of Wimbledon men's final and wanted a drink! A bottle of wine could not be produced. We didn't want to go out to a bar. We luckily had a bottle of warm (!) white wine in our car so went and fetched that. Obtaining a bucket of ice and a cork screw was also not easily achieved. Luckily by the time Andy Murray won our wine was cool enough to enjoy!!
Our room -superior - although well appointed and comfortable, was much smaller and plainer than photographs suggested.
Advise on good local restaurants was very good.

This is a beautiful hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff, not to mention great value. We'll definitely stay here again. Upon arrival we needed an extra room. Even though their current and last minute rate was higher than the one we booked the first room; they reduced their rate to match the first room.
