I've stayed here four times now on business. The hotel rooms are clean with effective air conditioning and a good powerful shower. Staff are attentive, polite and friendly. The restaurant food is good however would be a bit limited for an extended stay. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of cold meats cereals and of course french bread, croissants and pain au chocolat ! You can walk into the centre of Aix en Provence in about 35 minutes however there is a bus which leaves regularly from the hotel gates for 1 Euro. During the summer months there is plenty of out door seating in shaded areas and around the pool. Only down side (particularly in the colder months) is the lack of inside seating, restricted to a few seats in the reception area. Access to the A8 is excellent making this a great place to stop over if touring Provence.

We stayed in Ibis Aix for seven nights during our visit to Provance with a couple of friends. Hotel is located near the highway but only few kilometers from the city center which was perfect for daily travelling around and evening walk with dinner in the city It is peaceful and quiet considering the location. Free parking lot is huge, highly secured and well organized. There is even a nice swimming pool in the garden.

Rooms are small and clean, with everything you are expecting from Ibis. Room service is impeccable and beds are excellent. Bathroom is tight but well-organized, without any toiletries. The shower is a bit slippery. There is a free Wi-Fi available in the whole hotel working very good all of the time. The breakfast was pretty good and the service was fast and efficient.

Reception desk is cheerful and professional with everybody assisting you in any possible way. Our room was, unfortunately, close to the kitchen ventilation system, but it was turned off every evening.

Room Tip: Stay away from romm 135, because of the kitchen ventilation system.

Very clean hotel, the room are cramped, but the little furniture they have is very functional to accommodate your stuff at a basic level.Bathroom was pretty good for Europe, where you sometime could barely have any gap around you in the shower. Clean Bed and comfortable although double size. The restaurant La Table has a limited menu but the food is tasty and very good, and the price reasonable. Bus is in the back of the hotel and for the price of €1 it takes you to the town center. Bus runs till 10 PM. Breakfast is very decent for the price of € 9
This hotel is a good option if you don't want to pay premium being in the old town, at the end the bus ride is 15 min or less. Parking is free if you are driving, but you don't need the car to go to the town. Natacha a multitask lady was very attentive and friendly with us.

very easy access close to the highway but only 10 minutes from the city center, nice and friendly service, will return; can definitely recommend this place. (securized parking, important in the south)

A very decent price for the quality of service.

The personnel is very friendly and always willing to assist.

The rooms in the new extension are quite wide, and very comfortable. Buffet for the breakfast is good, and the restaurant is good too.

Another advantage: though located closed to the highway, it is quiet, and only 2 minutes drive from the beautiful center of Aix-en-Provence.
There is also a swimming pool.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms in new extension

It's a cheap hotel and ok for a short stop over if you are on your way to somewhere else. The food is ok but would recommend getting a bus to Aix for a euro as the food is much better there with a good selection of bars. If you are tall you might find the rooms a bit cramped.

We spent two nights at this hotel. It's near the highway so is a good location if you want to use it as base for exploring the area. Parking is free and there are a lot of spaces. The room was clean but kind of small (normal for Ibis hotels). The staff was friendly and gave us valid information on how to reach the city center with public transport. The bus stop is next to the hotel, in about 10 min you reach the city center (stop is Victor Hugo, rotonde).
