This hotel is on the wrong side of the tracks, having been build outside the centre of Aix.
Some of the rooms have been refurbished and are good, some are in a rather sad and sorry state. Some have proper carpet (new), other rooms and corridors have stained felt floor tiling. The quality control and maintainance leave something to be desired, eg broken glass on our balcony, fridge wouldn't close, cutlery mismatch, non-working electric sockets, poolside chairs broken, swimming pool tired but OK. Some rooms have balconies (good as gives extra space), some don't.
If you get a good room it is excellent value for the price, if you get a room in need of refurbishment, don't say I didn't warn you!
