Just spent one night at the Aquabella and enjoyed our stay. Room comfortable, bed relaxing, and clean. Located ideally to walk city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast outstanding. Really cannot offer any negatives. Our only regret is that we had only one night to enjoy the Aquabella.

Room Tip: Our room was appointed and clean. Windows open permitting fresh air, something quite uncommon in the...

We picked this hotel mainly because of its location being close to the old city of Aix and it didn't disappoint. The room was good and a nice big bed. Pity about the pillows having man made fillings rather than feather or down. Clean and functional - not particularly full of character but fine for our purpose as we were out and most of the time.

we have stayed for 1 night, 4 friends on spring vacation. The Reception staff where great. The hotel has a direct passage to the Aquabella SPA which is great but not to the indoor pool. The water in Jaccuzi where not warm enough but very nice jaccuzi area, The showers in spa had changing lights and sounds. The rooms are large and lightning but had old furnitures and long passed internal design. IT was not indulging what so ever. The location is nice but not that center as we planned.
Aix en Provance is one of the best towns in the area.

I find this hotel a marvelous conference venue because you have everything within a hands reach, and central to the cultural sitings i the old city - just a strawl away.
I would like to come back with my family.

Aquabella is situated just at the edge of the centre of Aix, on walking distance. It has nice rooms, even standard ones. It has a small but beautiful swimming pool and even a Spa. It is great to sit in the garden and have lunch there or in the evenings to drink a glass of wine.
Parking nearby.
I was not enthusiastic about price/quality of breakfast. Too much for too much money. I suggest you buy yourself breakfast donwtown. Also for diner I suggest you go to one of the restaurants in the city.

We stayed here on points so can't make note on price, but overall were very pleased.

Located in the northwest part of the old city of aix en provence, gave us a good location to quickly get out of the city in our car as we were exploring the region (you don't want to drive in the center of aix, very complicated and tight).

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable and we had a small balcony which we utilized for lovely evening drinks in the good weather. Wifi is available in the entire hotel for free which was excellent.

The morning breakfast is in the restaurant, which is big and airy with large windows letting in a lot of alight - very nice typical french breakfast buffet, quite enjoyable.

We checked out the spa - sauna, hammam all very very nice, the jacuzzi wasn't nearly at typical 'jacuzzi' temperature (it was more like a luke warm bath) but we still enjoyed it after a long day of walking and driving.

Staff were nice and helpful with directions and recommendations.

Overally, very comfortable, convenient and enjoyable.

Room Tip: balconies are nice and a higher floor may get you a view of the city as well.

Hotel is really well placed in the center of Aix. What I liked, swimming room spa and clean rooms. Old fashioned inside that reminds the history of this city. Wifi on third floor is slow. I do recommend it though. Take high floors and tell them to have a good view, otherwise you'll be seeing a nice wall in front of you or yu can spy on neighbors in the houses in front :p
