Gr8 location for sure just 7 mn walk from the famous cours Mirabeau, definitely the best value for furnished apartment in downtown . Building is very cheap but the rooms are well designed and there an additional swimming pool which adds value to the venue .

Great location… only a 5 minutes’ walk to the centre of Aix. 15- 20 min walk from train station. Nice size room, plus small kitchenette didn’t use it but good to have if you are staying a few days. Very clean hotel and nice staff. Really nice outdoor area. Will definitely stay again next time I am in Aix.

Location-wise, this hotel (aka Odalys Résidence Atrium) is excellent, just a stone's throw from the Cours Mirabeau and the city centre, and reached in under five minutes from the motorway (Note: the basement carpark is down the right-hand turning just before the hotel - reception will provide you with passcodes to enter/leave the carpark and to enter the hotel from the carpark).

Rooms comfortable (well air-conditioned) with all the facilities you might need, and a modest kitchenette. For an overnight stay, this was more than we needed, though the empty fridge was useful for cold drinks. Passworded wifi worked fine.

Main hotel lift broke down while we were there - this meant lugging suitcases up from the basement carpark up to floor 2 (not good).

Room Tip: Courtyard rooms seemed nice and quiet. Hotel were also helpful in booking two adjacent rooms.

Decent room, not shining or brand new but overall impression was OK.
The hotel is strategically placed whitin few stesp from the city centre so very good for tourism purposes.
Hotel parking did not accept our GPL-fueled car however parking on the street is just 9€ for the full day (as it is free overnight) so quite convenient.
Hotel restaurant is nice with good food and nice personnel.
Free WiFi is a plus.

The apartments are fine and the hotel is an excellent base for exploring Aix: there is a microwave, fridge and simpe two-ring hob. Rooms are air-conditioned and wifi is free. Breakfast is expensive. The public areas of the hotel are very tired, grubby and in need of improvement.

clean and simple studio with a nicely equipped kitchenette. Just don't expect a 5-star hotel but a good quality serviced apartment! The location was really great too, minutes away from cours mirabeau and where everything's happening, but situated on a quiet street. Wifi needs to be re-logged in from time to time but it was fine for me.

Once again I got lucky. We picked this hotel because it was close to the Old Section of Aix, the tourist area (we’re tourists so Duh?) and because it had a small kitchen where we could refrigerate things (cheese, eggs, wine) and make - and keep ice. We like ice – sue me. The Hotel was just fine. I would go back. The service fit the price, call it good. The rooms were clean and it was enough space to stay a week and not feel crowded. Two nice large windows afforded light and a cool breeze from the courtyard below. The place is also quiet. My personal favorite. There is a restaurant on the first floor and it was great for a nice breakfast. The trees on the street were just pruned so it was a bit stark, but no big deal. What was really cool was that we could walk to the “Cours Mirabeau” the heartbeat of the city, in my mind. There the Café were Paul Cezanne hung out and the centerpiece statue of St. Jean de Malte – (he brought grapes from Italy for wine so he’s well loved) The street magically turns into a market a couple of times a week, so look at the before and after photos. I’m quite fond of this little Hotel and the price is just right….

Room Tip: we had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the courtyard. Large, bright and quiet
