The hotel has easy access to the motorway, is a 25 min walk to Aix en Provence and has secure parking just what we were looking for.
The rooms are tired and dated with similar bedlinen and towels and in need of updating, although the sleep quality was surprisingly good. A/C did not work work that well so we decided for the 'fresh air' option via the large opening window. The in room safe did not work even though the receptionist came to reset it after the previous occupant had locked it shut and also the drain in the sink wouldn't open.
Breakfast probably would have been pretty decent had it not been for the fact we arrived just as 2 tour groups had descended like a plague of locusts and cleared everything. The waitress was doing a sterling job however she struggled to even keep her head above water with clearing, relaying, serving etc......way under staffed when the hotel was full.
The outdoor pool area was nice although the pool was too cold for swimming on a cool day.
The hotel is ok for 1 night stop but probably would rush backMore
