We stayed here 4 nights, and were essentially pleased. The desk personnel all were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the refrigerator was welcomed, and the space was good. The only downside, as mentioned by others, was the internet wifi issue. It only works in the lobby, and you need to renew each day. That just seems silly. But despite that, we would gladly stay here again.

Hotel is in good location with very comfortable and clean room. It is not cheap at all but I think you get your money's worth - it even come with a kitchen and full set of cutleries so you can do some french cooking yourself if you so desired! We travelled by car and the hotel has a indoor car park which is very handy.

Only 2 minor criticism I would leave is that the hotel is perhaps slightly under-staffed - there is only 1 person at the counter so there seems to be a perpetual queue of people in front of it. There is also no wifi in room (except lobby) so you need to borrow a LAN line to assess internet (or if you are like me and uses an iPad then you are out of luck...).

Small hiccups in my view and the hotel is worth the stay in Aix.

The location is very good, just a five minute walk to the tourish office and central plaza. The aprtments are not huge but comfortable by French standards with a full kitchenette. Staff all spoke English and were pleasant. Beds were comfortable.A few things about the place were annoying:. In the name of ecology they don't provide bars of soap or any lotions.You can only get wireless by sitting in the lobby and you constantly have to re-log in. If you want to print a boarding pass there is no printer hooked-up to the lobby computer -- you have to email it first to the front desk. The TV service often didn't work when I was there because it was during a very windy period. It's windy a lot in Provence and this is a fairly new hotel so I don't knoiw why the technology has to be so backward.
