This hotel is really the worst I've visited during my holidays in Southern France last summer. First of all: the location. It is just behind the highway, in an area crowded with those huge shopping malls the French like so much, in front of a kind of Texan grill bar open 24-hours a day!!! Not a quiet place at all, very far from the city centre (we had our own car so that wasn't a problem, but if you're by some other means, keep that in mind).
Secondly, the staff was so rude and unhelpful, I speak three languages fluently, but it seemed that they only understood and spoke French, so communication becomes complicated.
The rooms are smelly, spoiled and not so clean. Our room smelled like an ashtray.
Finally, I hoped that breakfast could be the only joyful moment in this hotel. However, the orange juice was clearly diluted with water, and the lady attending the breakfast room was continuously going around the room putting in order what guests had displaced when trying to have their breakfast. This really annoyed me more than everything else and was looking forward to escaping from this horrorous place.
Luckily we only had to stay one night, but if you're planning to stay more, look for something else. Furthermore, it seems to me that the hotel offer is not so good in Arles, so if you can, stay somewhere else (Nimes for instance is much prettier and cleaner than Arles, which is not well kept as it deserves).
