“Living in this apartment felt like a part of being in a part of real France.”
Reviewed 2 May 2016 for a stay in April 2016

A charming apartment nicely decorated and with furniture in keeping with its mid -19th century date. The manager was friendly and helpful and met us at the times arranged. We loved staying here, we loved everything about this flat and would book it if we visit Avignon again. The kitchen was very well equipped and with the market, Les Halles, so close we ate in most evenings. Croissants for breakfast on the balcony was just one of the many highlights. The lounge was comfortable and cosy as was the bedroom. We walked from the station with our cases and found this flat to be really central for all of Avignon. One reason for choosing Avignon was because we travelled straight from the UK to Avignon without changing trains, but we were more than delighted with the city and the surrounding countryside.

“Charming apartment in quiet part of the old town”
Reviewed 24 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Our family of two adults and two boys 9 and 11 stayed for 3 nights in this nice old two bedroom apartment, fitted out with antique French furniture. Nice balcony over the historic canal. Only stairs to the first floor apartment but not really a problem with luggage. Bathroom is small but this is France. Check in was easy and Marie-Claire was very helpful, even booking a taxi to the TGV station for us the day before departure. There are restaurants and bars nearby but we preferred the ones in the centre of the town which is an easy 5-10 minute walk. Train and bus stations also close, about 10-15 minutes walk. TGV and central train station are not the same, you will need a taxi to the TGV but it is quick and not expensive.

Easy booking & very organised. Manager who greeted us was friendly & helpful.
The upper level apartment has gorgeous antique furniture and with modern appliances (good washing machine that also dried the clothes). Kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of helpful instructions made the holiday easier. It was obvious the owners cared about the property and presentation. Apartment was within walking distance to shops & restaurants & train station. Balcony overlooking water was a nice retreat. Loved it!

This apartment is all about the location. Located within the old city,It is within walking distance to restaurants, the Halle Market and the waterfront. We were able to walk everywhere, including the Train Station. This two bedroom apartment was well equipped with kitchen utensils as well as a washing machine. The piece de resistance was the balcony overlooking the Church and canal. On a less positive notes the bugs were a nuisance .Bruno, the property manager was very helpful in recommending restaurants and driving us to our cruise.

“Perfect apartment in beautiful Avignon”
Reviewed 15 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We stayed for a long weekend at this lovely apartment which is ideally situated for exploring Avignon being only a few minutes' walk from some excellent bars and restaurants and the main market at Les Halles. The owner and manager were both extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They gave us lots of information about the local area. The apartment itself really is charming - set in a building dating from the 1800s but with some much older features. The balcony over the little stream was perfect - it gets the sun all morning and is the ideal place to have a breakfast of croissants and coffee while doing some people watching. The whole apartment was very clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. We would most definitely recommend this to anyone wishing to visit Avignon, and we hope to return ourselves at a later date.
