The restaurant was recommended by friends from NC who had visited last year. At the opposite end of the city from our hotel, it involved cab rides... and a long wait for a return cab, but was well worth it. The dinner was excellent - red fish medallions, a squash blossom stuffed with pureed red fish, roasted fennel bulb, all on a bed of zucchini and delicately seasoned with a saffron sauce - merveilleuse! And chef Jean Marc is a delight - so personable, charming, and talented. He selected our wines and was spot on. All in all, a great evening.
