We came across this place by accident for coffee but returned the next day for lunch. Really good food. It was fresh and clean and really tasty. Definitely worth a stop for lunch. And to be fair it was very good value in comparison to many other 'formule' lunches.

Fantastic little cafe for breakfast, doesn't break the bank. Good selection of teas, just missing an everyday tea like PG tips (other brands are available). The orange juice is freshly squeezed, the breads and brioche are nice and fresh.

Today we had an amazingly tasty lunch in this little cafe/restaurant. It was raining again so, having read about this place, we took the train from Nice to find it out.

We had the Gourmand Mediterranee as my hubby's first choice of a mixed platter had sold out. Our lunch was lovely. It consisted of a small pot of delicious mushroom soup, 2 grilled chicken kebabs, gratin dauphinois (best we've ever had) and a little dressed mesclun side salad. Hubby then had a cafe gourmand with 4 different mini puds, all homemade!

It's a long way from home but we may just be tempted to return one day....

We ate breakfast here twice on our recent stay in Antibes. We tried the small des gourmands breakfast the first time which was good - and on our final morning we tried the le brunch de samedi which way exceeded our expectations. A very fresh and interesting continental breakfast served beautifully - way better than any hotel breakfast buffets on offer. The service in this place is excellent, the staff are very friendly and make you feel really welcome.

This restaurant is at the end of a narrow alley close to the bus station, with a small dining room inside and shaded seating outside. We ate the Plateau Gourmand and the Fantaisie Mediterraneene which are plates of small dishes expertly prepared, and finished with an espresso and a Cafe Gourmand.
The prices are very reasonable and the two ladies who run the restaurant are helpful and charming, as was the gentleman that served us. One of the ladies speaks excellent English, and told us that she previously had worked as an engineer. The food is well priced, but we also liked the Cafe Gourmand which is an espresso plus 3 small samples of the puddings that was so good that we found that we would sometimes have a main course at another restaurant and then drop in to L'Atelier for the final course at only €6.50 for the Cafe Gourmand.
My only worry is that they are only open for lunch and wonder that they will be profitable with so few covers,
