I been there last week end for spend 2 nights with my girlfriend. The hotel is very close to the Croisette, in a private street with a cover car park ( 19 euro a day that is not so much for Cannes). The room are not so big but with a nice toilette and one of the most confortable bed i ever slept in! The TV has channels of different countries and WI-FI is completely free. The breakfast is very good with a big choice. The employees are very very kind and politely! The price is very cheap. Surely we will come back!

We stayed for just one night, in a standard classic room. We were shown a Superior room as well but strangely the more expensive room was smaller, really not much difference... Anyway, the secure garage parking was very secure even though it was 19 euros extra... Our bed was comfortable, bathroom facilities good. The young lady who checked us in was very polite and helpful (which after weeks of rudeness from plenty of other French hotels / people in general I thought was nice). The garden area is really pretty, and has a cute little pool. Overall a good experience. Short walk into Cannes and just far enough out to be quiet. Recommend the boat trip over to St Marguerite Island, 13 euros.

Room Tip: Standard room very spacious.

My husband, myself and two adult sons arranged an 8 days stay through Travel Republic. We last stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and I am pleased to say that the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Les petit dejeuners were great and could be enjoyed in the beautiful gardens. The pool was small, but there was plenty of space for visitors. The rooms were cleaned promptly each day to a high standard. Although spa treatments were available, they were aimed at French guests so we did not take these up.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the beach and restaurants and we would recommend a trip to St Margaurite by boat.
We also visited the Matisse Museum in Nice. On arrival in Nice take the No 17 bus from the railway station to the museum which is free and does not close during the day as our guide book indicated. Bus and train travel in France are cheap.
.Mouchin is a quiet village with lots of art galleries and you need to take the 600 bus from Cannes railway station on the Le Cannet road and then change to the 26/27 buses to get there.

Our favourite restaurants were the L'Auberge Provençale, Le Cave, Mantel and Au Richelieu.

We flew to Nice and the transfer to and from the hotel arranged by Travel Republic were very smooth. Norwegen airlines were great with kind staff and lots of leg room.

We thought the arrangements with Travel Republic and the hotel offered good value for money.

Room Tip: We had rooms overlooking the front of the hotel, but another time we would ask to have a rooms overl...

As it was our anniversary I requested the "romantic touch" for 15 euros extra (rose petals and champagne, presumably in the room). We were greeted by a bunch of fake, recycled petals on our bed that still had a clump of the matted blonde hair of the guest they used them for before me! That really set the tone for our stay in this hotel. The only good things I can say is that the personnel is friendly (as they even called me in Italy to offer me a more accommodating room before I arrived) and it's a relatively good location (provided you don't mind walking uphill). The rooms are old and dingy, the hallway smelled of smoke, the elevator so small one could get claustrophobic, the robes were stained, the shower poorly designed so water gets everywhere, the "romantic champagne" was two tiny flutes that we could only take in the bar downstairs, the chairs in the bar low and uncomfortable, the bed extremely hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast overpriced and limited, parking very limited and difficult as small cars do not park in the designated spots (2). I didn't have the courage to try the spa and massages, as originally planned, as I was afraid to spend a lot of money on something with quality as low as the rest of the hotel and services. Next time, I'll pay a little more money for a nicer place to stay when it's an important occasion - lesson learned.

The staff are very nice, but unfortunately everything about this hotel is tired and very out of date. It needs a serious overhaul. Bed was comfortable, wifi (by password) in the rooms was intermittent.
No fridge or kettle in the rooms. Breakfast was the minimum they could provide, all cold, no cooked breakfast! Tea and coffee from machine.
This was a business trip, so i didn't book it, just had to go with it. But for what was paid, i would have thought the service would have been like the Ritz, unfortunately I've had better from the most basic Ibis. Sorry but I can't recommend it at all.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback about the Beau Sejour Hotel & Spa.
We are pleased to read that the staff gave you entire satisfaction. This is a real encouragement, we are very sensitive to the appreciations of our customers. We will have the pleasure to share it with all the team.
Regarding the WIFI access, unfortunately during the congress as everybody is coming for business and use internet, the connection is lower in the entire city at some point.
We assume that in 3-star hotel, the kettle and fridge are optional. Anyhow, on demand, we can provide a minibar in the room for 10 € per day and hot Water is available at the bar, 24h/24h, 7days a week.
We are filling the 3-star hotel requirements with our continental breakfast, hot meal in supplement.
The MIPIM is one of the most important congress’ in Cannes (the second one after the film festival). We did the comparison of the price of hotels such as ibis (about 200 € per night for a superior room, single use) and most of the Croisette Palace (about 3000 € per night), we are actually fit in the 3- star category price.
Best regards,

Angélique De Glanville

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Not happy with the rooms. Good size..but smelt mouldy! and it looked like they hadn't cleaned the carpet for years. Very old and dated. Then we bought food from a vending machine in the hotel and left some of it in the room overnight..then we got an ant infestation! Was not warned about leaving food out. When i told reception they were extremely rude. She said. What do you expect from a warm country?! I have stayed in other 3 star hotels. But this does not match their standards..then when we checked out. I had to pay a city tax?! Never told about this beforehand. Added insult to injury.
