We wouldn't stay here again. The pool was so dirty I couldn't bring myself to go in (a first in my life and I've been in many, many pools!). Staff generally sloppy and couldn't care. Verged on rude a few times and downright aggressive down on the beach when we made the mistake of just sitting where we wanted (there was nobody around to ask). Room service brought tea with no milk, chambermaids didn't clean glasses that we had used...small things that all add up. Not what you'd expect of Cannes and at 280 Euros a night plus all the extra charges (30 euro parking, 25 euro each beach charge). Oh, and breakfast DEF not worth 25 Euros!!!!!

Only a few steps from the sea, the 3.14 represents much better value than the extortionate Croisette sea front hotels. We have tried all the differently themed floors and find the European one best. Beach restaurant is great and hotel restaurant is good and the garden is a good getaway from the crowds on the front. If you like traditional style hotels, this isn't for you, but the lobby, rooms, roof terrace are all fun and a great reasonably priced option in Cannes.

Poor Service and Very Dodgy decor in a hotel masquearding as the most fashionable hotel in the world!
This hotel does not offer 5 Star service and is definately not bothered about treating the guests in a 5 star way.
The hotel has an air of arrogance which makes it quite an uncomfortable stay.
The decor covers up a multitude of issues.
The only good thing really is the amount of times you are offered fresh towels... Which is slightly crazy!
Our room was a health and safety issue waiting to happen and the concierge who walked around with such a bad attitude wrongly directed us to the train station instead of the bus station... Probably because he never had need for public transport!
Our room was very dark, with nowhere to plug in a hairdryer and dry your hair, unless you perched on the toilet.
The water from the shower covered the entire bathroom as there was no shower screen... Making it very dangerous when you then needed to dry your hair... With your feet in a puddle of water!
When I questioned why the WIFI was intermitent and not working in our room I was told I was using it incorrectly!!
The bed was comfortable, but it was two single beds joined together... Disguised as a King size bed.
We will not go back.

My wife and I have just returned from staying at 3 14 and it really was rather bad. Firstly we were shown to a room that was one of the smallest I have ever seen. We asked to be moved and we were then given the second smallest room more in line with a basic motel.
Music was played until 02.30 hrs at such a loud level that although we were 2 floors above it we could still feel it!
The floor we stayed on 2nd (Africa) was so dark that one could not see to put the key card in the door.
This hotel is rated 4 Stars (Red) by Michelin. I have used the Red Michelin Guide for many years now and sometimes they do get it a little wrong. Not in this case - this one they have missed by a mile.
We love Cannes and will return but not to this very poor hotel.

Room Tip: Very loud music til 02.30. Very poor rooms. Horrid

The Hotel is located very Close to the croissettes right Next to the Carlton. The location is very Funny And creative. The Service is polite And Professional. The Garden terrace Gould Be wonderful with a Nice Pool And a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was Ruined with Brown oily greasy Things instead of Water. Verry sad And poor. The Hotel organizes Partys 4-6 Times a month. If you are in this Hotel at that Time you won t get any Sleep until the Party is over at 2 or 3 o clock. It is very loud then. The rooms are Funny but Small. The tv Lost all the international Programms After the First Night, And Nobody fixed it.

Do not stay here inless you like staying in a cave with very little light... This is the tackiest hotel ever with a very rude late night statt... I was in a room on an upper floor and the dicsco music went boom boom boom all night long... The staff was very rude when I inquired when the music/noise would stop... I had a 4:15 AM lobby pick up and the music stopped 15 mins. before I checked out... NEVER,NEVER AGAIN!!! Do not be fooled by the web site.... Very misleading!!! The internet is not even worth signing on to... Better off using the server from the Carlton hotel across the street...
