Finding this was not east but maybe it was because the sat/nav would not locate, however parking was easy in the bays available for the public, (the hotel site stated they had parking but omitted to say that this incurred a rather high cost.) the staff and the hotel were extremely good, quite bijou and very trendy. We skipped breakfast, although the tables situated by the pool were in an ideal setting, the price was ridiculous. Cannot fault the room but why do hotels consistently charge so much for the little extras?
The train runs right by but was not a problem due to the shutters and the air con.

We loved staying here for 5 nights at the beginning of September. It was far enough away from the main area to be quiet and relaxing but so close to wander down the hill for dinner etc. We walked up to the other end of Cannes from here easily and walked to most places in Cannes without any problem, but it was quiet and peaceful away from the busy centre. The only negative we can think of is that it is near a train line - we only heard it in the afternoon as we sat out on our little terrace enjoying a drink. We didnt ever hear it at night or in the morning before getting up. Its very friendly and Virginie is wonderful. We didnt have breakfast here, seemed a bit pricey but the selection did look good as we wandered through - we usually headed down the hill for breakfast to one of the many cafes. I dont like large hotels with big lobbys and heaps of rooms, this is personal and really comfortable.

Room Tip: We were upgraded to a terrace room, and it was really nice having the small outdoor area to sit at a...

I hate the term "boutique hotel" but this best describes this lovelly place. Close to beach shops restaurants and cafe it was an ideal location for our 5 night stay in cannes. We arrived early and our room was made ready in half an hour while we drank by the pool top marks for this kind of service, this theme continued with staff exceding our expectations with proffesional polite and delightful service meeting all our needs. Breakfast is overpricecd however you are 2 mins from nice locations at a fraction of the18 euros requested, the pool area is tired and in need of renovation and repair as are all the pool furnature this area lets down its chic image.

This hotel is not at the centre of cannes but the no 8 bus will get yout here in5 mins for 1.50 euro staff should recomend this rather than a taxi which cost 17 euro for 5 min journey any downsides I found were more than made up by the staff who made our stay a pleasure.

Room Tip: Book garden rooms to avoid slight noise from trains

I spent 5 nights in this wonderful hotel, I got a very special room at the pool floor, very nice! staff is extremely kind and available to help and assist you! I really suggest to everybody to stay there! very close to la Crosette but in a very quiet area! Very good breakfast side by side to the swimming pool in the garden! Thanks for all!

Lovely hotel very comfortable, great location minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping, lovely pool & patio areas, great room, absolutely spotless and modern, staff are great, free public parking around but easier to know there is private parking you can reserve to ensure, only one downside, breakfast was not worth 18 euro, walk down to the beach and there are tons of places to eat

Room Tip: Choose a room at the back as there is a train track up front though it is not too bothersome

After visiting Cannes last year on a cruise,my daughter convinced me to return for a 4 night break for her 18th birthday, with 2 friends & their daughters...After doing a huge amount of research,I found La Villa Cannes, with reasonable rates, and an added bonus of a swimming pool...We arrived on the 12th July 2013,with 2 extremely, polite ladies at the front desk...Our rooms were spotless, with a huge double bed,and a lovely contempory bathroom..The hotel is perfectly based for the short walk to the Croisette, beach, and 5 minutes away from the Martinez!! We didn't have breakfast as it was too expensive at 18 euros per person..The ladies at the front desk, were amazing, nothing was too much trouble...I don't think in all the years of travelling, have we ever experienced such helpful staff...I have no hesitation,in recommending this beautiful hotel...Value for money especially in Cannes...We were 3 mums and 3 daughters, the hotel made it extra special !
