I just attended one of the best cooking sessions I have ever had. It was more a workshop than a class because I could get as involved as I wanted or just watch. We worked on four Mediterranean appetizers that we ate for lunch. Her kitchen, though small, is very efficient; and it was a learning experience to see how she used it to its fullest. Eliane is very knowledgeable and personable. She is a great teacher who can sense where you are in your cooking abilities and takes the workshop from there. I came away with a sense of accomplishment, and I look forward to sharing what I learned with my friends back home. It was also nice to learn that she does small private dinners in her apartment.
