“Red carpet moment”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 May 2014

I've spent hours at the Palais de Festivals at the Cannes Lions Advertising Festival attending seminars, awards ceremonies, workshops and exhibitions. It's incredibly well organised and the Cannes Lions always run very efficiently with tight security. The red carpet photo op is a must especially if you're a movie fan and have seen pics of the celebs on that very same carpet!

The tourism office is located in the same building, at the entrance, street facing. It's well worth a visit and has any info you could possibly want on Cannes and surrounds.

“If in Cannes, visit this place”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 May 2014

If you have heard about the Cannes film festival, this place is good to visit once...the main theatre was closed when we visited(gearing up for the festival in May end).. but a nice photo op on the stairs, the Cannes red carpet.. good way to feel glamorous :) and just outside you have the finger prints of famous artists.. good fun to recognise some of them.

“Should visit if nearby (nice,monaco)”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 May 2014

Travelled from Nice to Cannes (appro 6-7 euro one way 30 mins journey) by train which is convenient and faster (bus costs less 1-2 euro but takes over 2 hours) its a small town but the marina is worth the walk and nice to see a new place.

“Casino”

Visited the casino and played some poker. I was there for about one and a half hours and was not offered a drink, not did I see a waitress. Very poor service indeed.

“Cannes Festival site not to be missed”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 January 2014

If in Cannes, do not miss this site. Wether during the festival or not I think it is a great attraction to visit. After our little trip around the Cannes we stopped for a quick look around. Unless participant of the festival, I guess it is one of the things one visits to tick box "I was there", but well worth it. Check award plates, soak some sun walking along nearby plage and enjoy jetset lifestyle, if in need of directions, refer to nearby helpful map. We did! Loved it!
