We spent 3 nights here. The room was clean and spacious. Large bathroom and separate toilet. The decor feels like you should be about a ship :) fridge, microwave and coffee machine provided. Everything you need for a great city break. More

Stay here every year during the Cannes Film Festival, and with its oversized rooms, great continental breakfast and location within walking distance to the Palais, the Casino's, shops and restaurants it is a perfect off the croisette hotel. Some people may prefer to stay on the beach and pay a premium to do it but if you are cost conscious, dont mind a little walk and like consistency, this is your hotel. The bathrooms feel little like being on a cruise ship but have the toilet in one room and the tub and shower in another, perfect for families or for sharing. Also have multiple beds and a large work/dining desk, a small fridge, microwave and wetbar for making coffee.
Staff is amazing, speak multiple languages and the hotel is part of the novotel chain so they have standards for service which in europe is important because you never know what you you are going to get. Great hotel for Families.

This hotel is very functional and everything works well. Although the location is not very near the beach, it was very nice place to stay and the room was good size and comfortable & clean.
There were everything you need in the room. Perhaps not so romantic or greatest design, but very practical. Value for money was good.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we thank all who served us so well.

We visited Cannes for 4 nights during August. The hotel was in a good location, 5-10 minute walk from the train station/beach shopping area, the room was so big for just the 2 of us. The air-con was so good after a hot day, good WiFi, only 1 fresh bottle of water each day which was odd at there was 2 of us!
There was only 1 lift, which made it a little slow, sometimes we used the stairs as they were quicker.
Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, although very unusual set up as you walked in! But they spoke good English and even corrected us on our false use of French which was good, that could have been embarrassing!
All in all very ideal for a stay in Cannes - ideal if this is your first time to go and have no idea where to stay!

Room smelled. Poor service. Do not confuse this Hotel with a traditional Novotel offering. Cot beds were given to us when we were specifically promised beds.
The location was the only saving grace. Not recommended.

Hotel is excellent at the price being low compared to other hotels in Cannes. They serve a good breakfast with eggs, croissants and plenty of coffee.
If you go for a suite, you get a small kitchen as well as a dining table in case you want to take lunch in-house.
