This hotel is sensational. It is so expensive but as a treat you have to experience it. It’s tricky to get to up the hill in a car - but once you are there - wow! It’s set in a cliff and the views are the most magnificent I have ever seen. We opted for a suite and the terrace view was beyond words. We are in the restaurant on the terrace and the food and wine were exquisite. Do it once in a lifetime!

We were warmly greeted at this beautiful hotel. There is a lot of walking up/down corridors, but the walk was charming. Our room was large and had a fantastic view. The rooms are carved into the hill and each one is different. Breakfast was very good and again the view was great. Highly recommend.

I had lunch in this restaurant in September 2023. Booked it for 10 people. The setting in Eze France is incredible. The service and attention to detail in this restaurant and hotel is probably the best hotel I have ever been in the world. Food was outstanding as well as the surroundings. This is probably the best restaurant I have ever eaten in in my life. I can’t wait to get back to us and I can’t wait to stay in the hotel next time we’re not part of the world. I would highly recommend This setting it’s incredible. If you’re looking for something very special on your bucket list, don’t miss out guys, the hotel, the rooms the restaurants is truly five star all the way.

Room tip: In order to get into this hotel or restaurant you need to book you will not be allowed in unless you have a reservation or you are staying i

Great location and friendly staff. It is disappointing that the room service menu is very poor and not updated to reflect what is actually available and especially what is available from 10pm, which is more like what you get in a 3 star hotel. This is in stark contrast to what they offer in the restaurants at the same time ( one of them has 2 Michelin Stars). They knew I was gluten free but there was nothing appetising to eat on the menus or at breakfast. Room service brought normal bread each time even when they knew. The larger expensive suites are probably not occupied a lot as there is a stale water smell in the bathroom. The one you get when pipes are not run enough. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told here was nobody available and they had gone home...I had to email the CEO and even then nothing was resolved I was just told he would talk to me in the morning (when I will have likely left) . I would say a perfect dreamy place to stay in a normal room or basic suite so long as you don't expect too much food veriety on the room service menu and enjoy the restaurants instead. The mini bar is lacking in typical drinks and snacks you would expect in a top end 5 star hotel and they should leave more water in the suite each day. The massage treatments we had were great although we had to walk through a busy restaurant to go to and from the treatment rooms which is not ideal. I will day the room service server was very quick and attentive (albeit not empowered to offer anything outside the incorrect menu) but very good guy all the same. The front desk and bell boys gave quick and friendly service. In summary. they need to fix the small details to be able to justify the very expensive cost of the larger suites and compete with other properties near by. The location, staff and other amenities go a long way to making up for some of the defects though.

Room tip: Don't pick an expensive suite if your planning on dining in. Use the restaurants instead and enjoy the lovely hotel, grounds and friendly staff

My husband and I stayed 2 nights here as part of a belated honeymoon. The experience from start to finish was impeccable and wonderful.

Upon arriving, the car service dropped us off at the gates where we were met by staff who collected our bags to bring directly to our room. We were then guided to the back gardens and shown an incredible view of the ocean…wow what an impactful and stunning moment. The route from the gates to reception is something we won't ever forget, with each step more beautiful than the last. Reception and concierge was efficient, helpful and friendly.  (I know this is a common question/concern…all staff we encountered spoke perfect english.) We were led to our room and given directions as to where amenities and restaurants were located on property. This was incredibly helpful as your first moments can be a bit overwhelming as the property is very large and spread throughout a section of the medieval village.

We had an "Executive Suite" which boasted an amazing panoramic view of the ocean, a comfortable king sized bed, eating area, and a sitting area. It was updated and luxurious (with a huge bathroom!).  It was very hot outside during our stay but the room's air conditioning kept us nice and comfortable.

The grounds of the hotel have incredible amenities.  Do yourself a favor and spend time exploring their gardens. There are an abundance of beautiful points and seating areas to relax and appreciate the view (which never gets old).  The many sculptures and unique plants also add a wonderful, eccentric charm. There are two pools…the infinity pool overlooking the ocean is an absolute must.  I did not have the occasion to utilize the second pool but this also boasted amazing views.

There are three restaurants on site. My husband and I visited two. Upon booking our room we also booked a table for dinner at Les Remparts. The restaurant seemed to be fully booked so I would recommend making your reservation well in advance. It was located on a terrace overlooking the sea and what a gorgeous view (again, view doesn't get old). Service and food were impeccable. We also made an impromptu visit to their more casual location Le Cafe du Jardin for lunch. We did not have a reservation, they were at capacity when we inquired, but they were able to accommodate us about 30 minutes later (no big deal, just an excuse to explore the gardens some more). Great pizza and wonderful service. Again, beautiful view.

We forgot to book a car service for our return to Nice airport. The concierge was kind enough to organize a taxi for us. They also organized to have our bags picked up from the room ahead of time to be brought directly to the taxi at the gate for us which was fantastic.

Overall, this was a fantastic and wonderful experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was well worth the splurge. I cannot express enough how pleased we were with the entire hotel from location, to staff and service, to food. Initially, we. weren't really sure what to expect based on some of the reviews, but wow we were just blown away by everything, especially the service. We are greatly looking forward to booking a return trip.

**On a side note, if you have any mobility issues whatsoever I would not recommend the village of Éze as a whole. By the very nature of the location (hillside, medieval village) there are hills, stairs, (and i mean seriously steep stairs) and cobblestone everywhere. So just be aware of this before visiting. And ladies, ditch those heels!

Room tip: Would not recommend the town of Éze for those who have limited mobility/trouble walking. Book restaurants in advance as they all seemed fully reserved.

Excellent first class service from start to finish. Hard to think of better views from any hotel or restaurant anywhere. Eze is a treat, and this place was a must do. The price reflects the quality and exclusivity of the property, but if you are going to splurge, do it here. The pools are excellent, with the infinity pool being the crown jewel. (Pictures cannot do the view justice!).

Ate at the casual restaurant for dinner, and the bistro for lunch. Wonderful food and service at both. Would have loved to go to the 2-star main restaurant but our booking was last minute and there was no availability. (Make sure to reserve as soon as you book.) Next time!

Room tip: Reserve the main restaurant early to make sure you have a seating.
