Gorgeous and peaceful surroundings, very warm welcome, not to mention very comfortable accommodation... Our week at Moulin Ste Anne was just perfect. We will definitely recommend Moulin Ste Anne to our friends and family.

Moulin Sainte Anne is a fantastic place to stay, Ludovic and his mother are genuinely welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts on the terrace are a real highlight, we just wanted to linger, with fresh croissants and the sound of the stream.. Our tour of the mill, lovingly restored by the family, was fascinating, our room was Aile sud, a cute split level with kitchenette and seating area, and just like in the main house, beautifully restored with stone walls and furnished stylishly with lovely antiques. We wished they did dinners! Grasse is good for a day trip to visit the lovely perfume factories, but avoid in the evening as there's nowhere to eat, is deserted, and lacks charm. Instead, head out to Cabris, Valbonne and other villages for great food and atmosphere. There's so much to do in the area that the Moulin is a great base for exploring and a wonderful place to come back to, highly recommend!

Our 2 year old labeled the Moulin a "castle" and that sums it up very well. You can feel the history in the property at every turn. The rooms were spacious, clean and stylish. And, the hospitality was genuine and friendly. The owners did an excellent job at renovating this property. We feel very fortunate to have had a chance to spend 3 nights there in May (this won't be available on the B&B circuit for long). We especially liked the breakfasts on the sunny outdoor patio, the comfortable living spaces, the nearby running trail along the water duct, and positive/helpful vibe that the owners conveyed. For example, when we attempted to retrieve our rental car from a perfume house parking lot and found the parking lot gate locked late one night in the rain, we called the Moulin owners looking for help. They dropped everything and started making calls to friends including the owner of the perfume company!

Room Tip: All rooms are excellent and unique.

Everything about the Moulin is authentic and preserved. The owner (Walter family), spent 10 years rebuilding and collecting authentic tools that belong to the rich history of olive oil production. The rooms are grand and well appointed. The garden is vast for children and pets. it would be a great place for a family gathering, there are beautifully restored rooms for large meals or intimate parties. Stay at least two nights to breath the air and see Grasse. I'll be back.
Un gros Merci Catherine pour votre gentillesse, a la prosssima

Room Tip: All the rooms are exceptional, the Moulin is in a small valley, no traffic sounds at all.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful in every way. They were obviously very proud of all the hard work they've put into restoring the old olive mill to the lovely B&B it is today, and so they should be as it's turned out beautifully. The room was huge and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to bustling Grasse. Le Jardin was a restaurant reccommended locally and the set menu was excellent quality and value for money. Even the pizza place around the corner was super, so you can stay here and not have to travel far for a meal. Breakfast was nice with freshly squeezed orange juice and lots of good coffee. The bed was also very large and comfortable. Happy to recommend this B&B without reservation.

We (my wife, son and I) stayed at Moulin Saint Anne for 4 nights. A most incredible and wonderful place. A 16th century olive oil mill converted into a first class 5 star B&B. Rooms are all different, spotless, large, spacious, clean and furnished with interesting antiques and art work. Breakfast outside in the garden every day is so relaxing and a great way to start the day. The location is serene and picturesque, yet very central and close to many wonderful sites. Ludovic and his mother are gracious hosts and very helpful in planning your trip and giving very useful recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The outdoor swimming pool was a welcome relief after hot days travelling. Even though the rooms are not air conditioned, they cool off during the evening and refreshing breezes come through the large windows. This B&B is not cheap, but the quality of the rooms, the beautiful grounds, the facilities, the breakfasts, and the graciousness of the hosts make the expereince far more memorable than a luxury hotel.

Room Tip: The 2 story room and the large family room with the spa/jacuzzi shower are unique and very comfortab...

We just returned from a visit to Moulin Saint Anne and had a wonderful time. Ludovic - our host was extremely welcoming and helpful. The surroundings were very peaceful and relaxing. There is a great little roadside store close by called something like Saint Anne Market that has a great selection of fruit, cheeses and wines. We often opted to pick up supplies there after a long day of exploring the region and spent the evening relaxing on the little deck outside of the room. A very nice stay.
