Fairly bad hotel, with excellent location.
Relatively cheap, though you get what you pay for. Short walking distance to the beach is great, but that’s about it. On checkin the lady said we booked for two nights while we booked (and pre-paid) for three. After proving this to her, she moved us to another room which must be one of the most crappy ones. Tinier than other already tiny rooms and extremely noisy. Don’t think you’ll get much sleep here. Rooms are not sounds proofed at all and the road in front of the hotel is very busy. The supermarket on the other side of the street gets restocked very early by the most noisy truck in existence. And to top it all off, room situated across the stairs and the maids’ storage room. Basically I’m looking forward to leave tomorrow.

we arrived in Frejus at lunchtime and hadn't booked but found this hotel very near to the port and beach. They very helpfully provided us with a family room for the price of a double. it was clean, en suite and air con with a pool and outside terrace area as well as indoor space, and an adequate buffet breakfast. Bar only open at certain times and there were a lot of older clientele. Not for the young and lively in September.

Room tip: we were on the first floor which was very quiet but no balcony or views. free parking though

The best thing about the hotel is location. Just few steps from the beach, port, restaurants and 15-20 min walk to the city centre. Receptionists speak good English and helpful (I would not say very helpful). The place is always short of parking so as everywhere.

I don't know if it's value for money, but prices are crazy anywhere in the area and that's why you get average comfort for €80-100 per night. No WiFi in the room. Yes, 2016 and no internet!!! Only French TV. Tiny room with minimal comfort: a bed, chair and table. No iron, no kettle, no hair dryer. Very small shower, suitable only for kids:-). Dirty towel heater.
Breakfast was poor: coffee and croissants for €9. Apparently, it's ok for French, but for the rest is bad start of the day if you stay for more than 2 nights.

very small showers(you must be a snake in order to wash yourself) Walls with no sound proofing(paper?)Breakfast is a joke(9 euros per person)with a short walk we spent the same amount for 2 people. The bar at main floor closes at 10:00 pm.At 10:05 we had to finish our beers outside the bar.A lot of personnel not capable to operate an espresso machine.

The pool and the yard are nice, good size room and charming building.Alexander at Reception very helpful and attending.

Room tip: do not include breakfast in your booking
