We stayed here for two nights as part of a touring holiday.
Positives - the location is great, right next to the beach, the view from our room (we had paid extra for a sea view), the staff were friendly and helpful
Negatives - as we were driving across 3 countries it was essential we had secure private parking. Despite us requesting this in the booking, then emailing to confirm and receiving an email back to verify, we arrived and were told we didn't have a parking space. The lady on Reception was very helpful though and found us a space that happened to be the largest in the car park. The car park itself felt like a catacomb and most of the spaces were so tight you would have severe difficulty in a large car.
The room was disappointing compared to standard rooms in other Mercures we have stayed in, very basic with cheap furnishing/fittings.
Be aware that men can't use the swimming pool unless they have tight trunks on(!) Swimming shorts are not allowed. Apparently this is common in France but we weren't aware so couldn't use the pool.
Despite the negatives I would be willing to stay here again although I would be very wary about the parking arrangements.More
