The hotel is in an ideal location: up a quiet road and just a (pleasant) five/ten minute walk away from bars, restaurants, a supermarket and the promenade. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I opted for a comfort room for our seven night stay there which meant we got the added bonus of a fridge and a balcony. Although we had to pay extra, it was well worth it. Our room was spacious enough for the both of us and the bathroom was also a decent size. Both were cleaned every day and our towels were changed too- another plus. Additional perks included a powerful shower and a very comfy bed. Our package included breakfast and this turned out to be a help yourself, continental buffet (croissants, breads, meats, eggs, cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, juice, etc). Even though it was pretty simple, we really enjoyed it and often had seconds if not thirds of most things!

Room Tip: Room overlooking the church if possible. Beautiful view and gets the sun from about 5-8

This hotel is set a little way back from the sea front, 2 minutes walk and you can be paddling in the warm blue sea, I didnt see a car park so parked our hire car on the narrow side road, this proved to be a mistake as it was scratched slightly by the small street cleaner as they cleaned the pavements next morning , walking through the entrance into a light and airy reception to be met by a smiling receptionist who spoke very good English . My room large with comfortable double bed and also a sofa bed , had all facilities you,d expect from a hotel of this standard, telephone , minibar , tv. (You have to pay to watch). Separate bathroom with over bath shower . . Very good nights sleep , and followed by nice breakfast with good choice of continental or cooked available . Would definitely stay here again .

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view if possible ,

We would recommend this hotel and would likely come back for another visit.
Only one weak point, the internet connection: it allows to connect only equipment at a time, which is really sub standard especially in the perspective of having events in the coming new convention center.

This hotel is situated on a quiet back street around 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the centre of the town. It is up a slight hill, however pedestrian access is good with no steps and a covered entrance hall which is useful when caught in a rain shower!

As the hotel was quiet we were able to check in early and Sandrine the receptionist was most helpful checking with housekeeping that our room was ready. We had booked a Comfort Double with Balcony and were surprised to be upgraded to a Junior Suite at check-in. I assume it was due to the hotel being quiet but is always nice to get a free upgrade.

Room was clean and had a restricted view of the sea, only blight is the hotel opposite being renovated - currently just a shell with some building work being completed, a few loud bangs and crashes during our stay and a few trucks reversing periodically, however the windows were sound proofed so not much noise got in.

There was a empty mini bar fridge which was useful for keeping our own beverages cool in. Tea/Coffee facilities were available on request.

Didn't eat in the hotel at all so cannot comment on food, breakfast was 14 Euros each for a buffet which was a bit expensive so we popped into town for a coffee and pastry.

Check out was simple and efficient. Only blot for the whole trip was the taxi to the station. 18 Euro for less than 2 miles!!! We asked reception to book a taxi for us for 7:45am. We left the room with plenty of time to check out and got into the taxi at 7:45 as arranged. However the driver had been waiting for us for 5+ minutes and had the meter running! So we started our journey at 13 Euro. Apparently the best way to do this is to call the taxi when you need it so there is no waiting!! It wasn't worth arguing with the driver and ruining our trip but felt the hotel should have made sure the taxi arrived at the appointed time so lesson learned.

Overall a good location and quality hotel and would stay again as well as recommend to others.
