The beach area is a mix of public and private beach. The beach itself is very clean and the sea is sparkling and pristine too.
There are quite a few restaurants located on the beach - note that many of them also rent out sun loungers too.
It can get extremely busy during the tourist season from June to early September, but this month it was just perfect to sit and relax as it was still lovely and warm there and the following day we walked along the beach into Golfe Juan.
Note that if you walk a bit further past the main beach it does get a lot quieter and a lot more peaceful.

This beach is pretty nice. Lots of shops and things all along it. It would be a nice area to spend a day.

East of Antibes sits Juan-les-Pins. This is the cousin everyone tries to forget. What you get here is a taste of the scenic beauty and culture that is the Riviera without the hype. Clean beach, pristine water, and beautiful seascapes.

This is one of the loveliest beaches. Loads of water sports for our teens and the beach is almost stone free so lovely paddle in for our younger child too.

Our holiday apartment was 2 minutes' walk, it is a lovely stretch. Perfect for sun-bathing before dinner. Everything is walking distance, the restaurants, apartments, shops.

This is a super buzzing beach. Clear and clean water.. Gets really busy between end of July and beginning of September. This a topless beach.
It does get hot during August and recommend carrying an umbrella. There are few shacks that offer sunbeds at 22 euros for the whole day. So if you are planning to spend a whole day at the beach, taking a sunbed might be a good idea. Remember to prebook as the places run very full. Lots of options to eat.
Great place to do sundowner picnics. You can carry some food, wine and a speaker and you are all set to party

The beach is a long narrow strip running the length of Juan les Pins. It's sandy and flat with a gentle slope into the sea. A lot of the beach is taken up with restaurants. However further West has beds and umbrellas to hire. At the furthest end you can set up your own beach chairs and umbrellas. I went in September and it was still busy. Water is clear and looks clean. Lifeguards are on hand.
