Never come there in the night to avoid nerves. We've been shocked with dirty bathroom and that was this bad start. Later everything was OK. We've choosen HP and breakfasts were very moderate, dinners much better but poor choice.
Hotel has good location and is not too expencive. Surely we could come there again with deepest hope that cleanliness of bathroom will be improved.

Room Tip: Take a yard side

Hotel is in need of a makeover but this did not ruin our stay. The beds were comfy and the sheets were clean. The bathroon had a shower head connected to the mixer tap but no where to hang it which meant us having to take baths which was a bit of a pain but there was plenty of hot water so we made our peace with it. We didn't have much cause to speak to the staff but when we did they were friendly and helpful. Best thing going for the hotel is it's location. A minutes walk to the Railway station and 5 minutes to the beach and bars etc. We did not have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

We paid £550 for both of us for a 7 night stay and this included flights from Glasgow so overall we were happy. Might have thought differently though if we had paid more for the Hotel. If you're used to luxury this Hotel is not for you.

Nice little Hotel with friendly staff. Nice Patio where they serve a really nice breakfast. The location of the hotel s only a 3 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to all the restaurants, bars and entertainment. From Juan-Les-Pins you can drive asily to Nice and Cannes and Antibes.
Juan Les Pins is a very nice area to stay when visiting.

Stopped here for 7 nights for the second week in August B+B myself and 13 and 9 year old boys.

Quite a basic hotel but for the price good value. Breakfast was 0730-1030, continental style, always fresh with selection of fruit, croissants, juice, yoghurt etc.

Easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. Close to main train station but little train noise and could only be heard in the lovely little garden. Had breakfast in the garden each morning.

Only problem was lack of on road car parking although the hotel does I understand have int own parking although I never used it.

Would recommend and return.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel has it's own web-site which made it appear to be very nice and we booked it on the strength of this as we could find no reviews. We arrived and were shown to what was described as our 'nice room'. We entered the room and the first thing that hit us was the smell of damp and must. It really was horrible. The carpet was badly stained and the ceiling was covered with polystyrene tiles which were also stained and some of these were broken. The room was very dark and when we turned on one of the lights it started to spark so we switched it off immediately. The bathroom was not the best. When it came to showering the shower tray overflowed and soaked the entire floor. The smell was the worst though. We complained about the shower although nothing was done about it. We stayed on as we were only staying 3 nights but had it been any longer I would have definitely have checked out and found somewhere else. It was cheap although I've stayed in much nicer places at lower prices. The breakfast at 6 euro 50 wasn't up to much - the 'garden' wasn't very well kept. A lot of the room windows were totally covered in sprawling ivy which wasn't very nice. The staff weren't the nicest either. The location was probably the only good factor but I really would not advise anyone to stay here as there appeared to be lots of other cheap accomodation nearer to the sea front. Don't be fooled by the nice website, this place really isn't worth the money.
