I love unusual places that don't fit the cookie cutter average and this is one of them. Each room is uniquely furnished and each is named after fruit or trees. While it wasn't warn enough for the pool I did enjoy looking at it. It has a great statue in in and the surrounding greenery is really a nice touch. This place is not quite downtown but its not too far to walk to most places. No need to pay for parking, it was easy to get. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Not sure about food or drinks as we did not eat at the hotel. The bathroom was well provisioned, too. Nice touches abound.

We were upgraded immediately upon arrival, to the room "bambou". It was very stylish and comfortable with superb facilities, and a balcony overlooking the lovely tropical garden and pool area.
The staff were some of the most friendly and obliging people we met during our time in France. There is a great ambiance throughout the hotel. We had a lovely breakfast on our last day, it's a bit expensive, though a nice treat.
The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach, and the restaurants and bars. It's better to be a little away from things. The hotel offers discounted rates to one of the beach areas, however, there was a little strip which is free, and it didn't bother me at all not having a sunbed, as the water was lovely and warm.
the parking is quite limited outside the hotel. We had been travelling around Provence for a week, and decided to drop back the car to Nice airport - it's only 15Km away, and the 250 bus from the village takes 40 mins (9 euro return).
Juan Les Pins is a lovely retreat, with a lot happening, with lovely bars and restaurants. We would definitely come back again, and would definitely stay ay Sainte-Valerie - perfect place.

Room Tip: The rooms with balconies are lovely

We stayed at this hotel during our last leg of a three part France vacation. We were greeted very warmly upon arrival. The hotel room (Cerise) was well appointed and quite charming. It was very spacious and clean; had a comfortable bed, huge powerful shower, tub and large vanity. Off the room was a beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard on one side and the street on the other. We found the wi-fi to work well. During part of our stay, we had a vehicle and there was ample (free) parking right outside the hotel on the street. The common rooms of the hotel were beautiful and the courtyard was so lovely. Although we did not initially include the breakfast, we ate there almost every morning. I would recommend adding it to the stay - especially if you are American and/or used to slightly more that a croissant and hot beverage for breakfast as options for more than this in all of France (at least from our experience) are almost non-existent. The pool area was very nice and the pool was kept at a comfortable temperature. The most outstanding feature of this hotel was the people. Out of all of the places we stayed in France this was by far the friendliest (which is saying a lot because we had very positive and friendly experiences at all of our hotels). For the most part everyone spoke fluent English as well. The hotel itself was well situated and within comfortable walking distance to everything in Juan-Les-Pins. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 8 nights in the Sainte Valerie Hotel leaving on 24th September. The hotel is wonderful, a hidden gem with beautiful gardens and courtyard in a tranquil spot. The staff and management were really professional but also very friendly which really made our stay special. Breakfast is taken in the courtyard, there is plenty of choice and staff are extremely attentive to ensure that everything is just right. The hotel is in a good location for Juan les Pins and Antibes. Juan les Pins beach and town centre is just a few minutes walk away and it is possible to walk to Antibes in about 15 minutes. The bus stops and the railway station are about a 20 minute walk away. We had an Executive Room which was large with a big bathroom. Overall, an excellent experience for us.

Just returned from fantastic 7 day stay. Arrived after dark and overwhelmed by garden with fantastic lighting and atmosphere. All staff so friendly and breakfast in the garden fabulous. The owner took personal interest in the day to day running of the hotel and nothing was too much trouble. Decor, ambiance, and lovely individual rooms. Location in quiet road but very close to beach and town centre. We will return - best hotel we saw in the resort.

We stayed in the Hotel Sainte Valerie in early June and really liked it! The highlight was having breakfast in the beautiful courtyard each morning .... And the freshly squeezed orange juice was just divine!! The location is great, just a very short walk from the centre of Juan les Pins. It's also a lovely walk in to Antibes. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room on the second floor was spacious and colourful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, other reviewers have rated it as expensive but the area in general is very expensive so I thought it was as good value if not better than others in the area.

I managed to get a room at this hotel for £155 for one night. This is a good rate as I've seen it for almost double this price elsewhere. The hotel is very impressive when you walk in. The courtyard is stunning. The hotel receptionist was extremely nice at check-in. She showed us to our room and various functions of the room. She then asked if there was anything else we wanted, we said no and as we had no change we couldn't tip her (we had come straight from the airport) After being unable to tip her, her attitude changed. I asked for the wifi password and she told me it was four letters. We went to get the luggage from the car but we couldn't get back in the room as for some silly reason the electronic room key would not work until 3pm. We finally got in the room and the wifi password she had told us was wrong. I went to see her at reception and she told me the same four letters. I went back to my room and it still didn't work. I called down to reception a little bit later and spoke to a different member of staff and she told me the correct password. I believe the previous staff member was giving me the wrong password because we didn't tip her. Not very professional!! In the morning a different receptionist kindly printed off some paperwork for me which was very nice of her. We didn't stay for breakfast as they were charging €20 per head, we gave this a miss. Don't get me wrong, this was a nice enough hotel. They just need to brush up on some details.
