“Very basic hotel”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 June 2014

Good location but just a basic hotels to stay for short time. Was no DND sing provided as it was very annoying when housekeeper was interrupting since early morning. Unusual room service....if you stay in the room till 2pm forget about your room service. After 2pm housekeeper not working. Some one from staff was opening room with a keys with out knocking in the morning, was so scary and not safe when you know that when you in the room some body has a key and entering with out knocking.

Room Tip: I would advice that is better to stay in the rooms on a top floor

This hotel is very close (a couple blocks) to train station as well as close to the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was fine, typical French/European style. The shower was a bit small and the shower head wasn't very sturdy, but that was the only "issue". We didn't eat at the hotel as there were many other local patisseries nearby.

We stayed at this hotel after seeing the good reviews. Great location, just 50 yards from the train station. Didn't notice anyone taking the breakfast and my advice would be to grab breakfast from the excellent patisserie next door - a real gem of a place with a lovely local feel and amazing sweet treats!
The staff were super-friendly and really helpful. They accommodated our request for a room at the back of the hotel. I get the impression Summer at the front might well be a bit noisy, but probably ok as long as you’re on an upper floor.

The room was in fair to good condition. The wardrobe only just functioned and needed repairing, but we forgave this as everything else worked pretty well and I think that for a 2 start hotel this place exceeds expectations. The bed was incredibly comfy and the bathroom nice enough.

All in all I heartily recommend this hotel and would certainly consider returning in the future should I be in the area. Just get breakfast next door!

Room Tip: Try the palmiers next door!

Payed €60 for a Saturday night. For that price in jean-les-pines we were not expecting much - and not much you get. Good- Our room was small but fine for 2, receptionist was nice and held our bags until our room was ready, sheets and towels were clean, good hot water and a/c. bed okay
Negative- the bedspread was very dirty, the carpet was so dirty we didn't want to go barefoot, our room faced a pub that closed at 2am and was very loud (although with the windows close it was okay) no safe, fridge, clock or anything like that.
If u are very budget conscious - go for it! You won't spend any time in your room anyways as t he beach is amaaazing.

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in in France. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and train station with plenty of eateries around. Close to the more 'nightlife' area too, without being noisy or in the middle of it.

The room was clean and adequately sized, the bathroom was modern and we had a sea-view balcony, which I did not expect! Would have perhaps liked a shower curtain, as the floor could get quite wet quite quickly when showering. The hotel also provided in-room air conditioning and free wifi, two musts for me. I had a great sleep, the hotel and surrounding areas were quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No in-room hairdryer, but it is easy to borrow one from the reception. I will be staying here again!

I am a first class traveller all the way and found myself staying at this hotel as part of a work incentive. (Sad but true). The hotel is small and rooms are simple but the staff are sweet, helpful and generous, in ways that truly surprised me.. The fustration of waiting for a cab in the festival week left us so drained that the receptionist to offered to drop us to our destination which is beyond "customer care"!!

great value hotel, close to beach shops and restaurants. Very helpful staff, on reception, , always friendly,Railway station close only one stop to Antibes, every half hour. Rooms very clean, towels changed every day.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter.
