The hotel was exactly what we needed- affordable, clean, and nice enough for our needs. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was available for a surcharge. There is free parking on the street that's not so easy to find, but there is a pay parking lot very close by that is free overnight. The best part is that the hotel is a very short walk to the beach.
Juan-les-Pins was the perfect town for us to stay in. It's a little more laid back and down-to-earth than many of the riviera towns.

I did enjoy my stay in the hotel. Firstly, it is conveniently located, ca. 100 meters from the beach. Rooms are really clean and comfortable, equipped with a safe, a small fridge and a hairdryer. There is also free wi-fi. Next, the service is extremely polite and helpful. Everybody speak good English. Last but not least, great breakfasts that can be eaten in a garden. I do recommend the place to everyone !!!

Hotel Colbert is very well located: only few steps from Boulevard Charles Guillaumont so you can park your car and don't move it until you leave.
Our room was number 35, very small but with everything you need and most of all completely renewed, as well the bathroom.
There is a great window so it's possible to open the curtain and leave a lot of light enter the room. Only pay attention to be dressed otherwise neighbors can see you.
My only complaint is about bathroom products: only soap and shower gel, no hair conditioner or even shampoo.
When we booked the room we also asked to book a parking for the time of our stay but when we arrived the owner said us they hadn't. Fortunately we had found a free public parking at the bottom of the road but I should have appreciated to be informed about that problem prior my arrival.
Anyway the owner at the reception was very gentle and she gave us all the information we needed.

The hotel owners were very helpful that made the holiday great. The location is good, close to the beach, and also close to the train station. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The service was super with a fast wifi connection. Great holiday.

An excellent hotel located on a overpriced zone. Good sized rooms, with everything you can expect not from a 2* hotel, but 3*. (to mention only free wifi, & safe & hairdryer& a/c).
With a small, but nice interior garden terrace, excellent location at abt 5' from sea. Close to everything.
Owners very friendly. For sure we'll be back. Over all an excellent quality / price small hotel.

This is a nice hotel, decent sized rooms, clean and cheerful.
Good value. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Only a 25min walk to Antibes, where there are plenty of bars and the Picasso Museum.
