First impression was how spotless the place was! Then a very welcoming reception by a young man who called Madame; she was even friendlier! Great place, charming room and nothing seemed too much trouble.
There's parking right outside which is free between 6pm-9am.

We had a wonderful weekend in Juan les Pins staying at the Hotel Eden. Great location, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfast and Patricia and Aurelie looked after us perfectly. I realized when returning to the hotel one evening that I had lost an earring at the restaurant and Patricia very kindly telephoned and went to collect it for me!!

Room Tip: Choose a room with a view!

This was a return stay with Patricia and Aurelie. We would not even contemplate staying anywhere else. They are just fantastic and at this stage after several stays here it felt like coming home!! Thye bend over backwards to be helpful and are just so kind. The luggage is carried by these two slender ladies up to your room , they must have backs of steel!!

They are both so helpful and and the breakfast taken in the outside area is lovely and unhurried. Wonderful gem with fantastic staff!!

Room Tip: Try and get a room at the centre front as you have a view of the sea

The owners were very hospitable. The public areas and our room were very clean. The décor in the room was slightly dated but the room was a decent size and loo and shower good. There was occasionally noise from other bathrooms but this was not a problem while we were there. The hotel is in a good area, generally quieter than the tourist areas of Juan les pins but still very convenient for the beach, tourist areas and the station. We didn't breakfast there so no comment on food but there are very good boulangeries nearby.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location for the beach restaurants and train station. The owner Patricia and her daughter are great hosts and were always on hand to offer advice maps restaurant recommendations etc etc. Very friendly little place indeed. The only downsides were the rooms are basic and the little en- suite shower room was very compact! The room we stayed in unfortunately seemed to be in such a position that we felt connected to every other rooms toilet system as we heard every flush!! The boulangerie next door provides a lovely wake up to warm pastries being prepared and all in all we had a lovely stay and would return again as long as we had a different room in the hotel.

Great hotel on a budget. Our basic room had a great ocean view and we got to watch fireworks in the harbour which was a true treat! Patricia and her daughter were incredibly helpful and made me feel very welcome, it was very personable service and I would absoloutly stay again. The hotel is located 1 block back from the ocean and is in great walking distance to all things Juan-les-Pins has to offer. The train station is also located within about a 3 minute walk!
