“The only hotel with pool in juan les pins.”
Reviewed 22 July 2013 via mobile

The hotel is very french but the building itself wasnt that big. I love all the details of the hotel both interior and exterior. Simple but classy. Pool was inviting very clean and lots of sunchairs. Very clean.

I should say the area is not a busy area. It is located at the back like 4-6 blocks away from the beach and where the party is happening maybe 5-7min walk.

If youre a family travelling small kids then this hotel is perfect for you because there is a park nearby.

Hotel staffs are very accomodating. They speak very good english. I needed taxi like 2 in the morning and the reception helped me. The hotel has a restaurant (food is good) which is a plus when you feel lazy and just sitting outside the pool area.

All rooms are with flat tv, balcony, and bathrooms are equipped with all the toiletries you needed.

I would recommend this hotel to families especially since it has all you need.

We had booked an appartement in Juan Les Pins that was terrible. We suddenly remembered La Villa from our search for accomodation and phoned them. They had a room in the house by the pool for a week and sendt a taxi to get us there.
The week in La Villa was the most relaxing period in a hotel that we have ever had.
The aerea by the pool is wonderful, the staff is so helpful and the location is just perfect.
The hotel i situated in a quiet area of the town, but it is just a short walk to the towncenter.
The hotel booked severeal restaurants for us and they were all just wonderful.
We will be back!!!

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel la Villa and could enjoy the nice atmosphere and service. The room (a suite) was clean, nicely furnished and large enough (considering France standards and the hotel size). Bathroom with double sink, shower, tub and a window with a nice view. The swimmingpool was big enough, heated and clean with enough chaiselongues for all the guests. The service at the bar and at the reception was very friendly and helpfull. The breakefast was very good. I liked the omelettes machine. We could eat outside in the shadow. There are no particular negative points. The airplanes flying to Nice are far-away and the noise is not relevant. The private parking place is good.

Room Tip: Take the suite 208.

We are currently staying in La Villa, Juan Les Pins. Could not be happier. The hotel is beautifully furnished in tasteful and contemporary style a real boutique. The room comfort, with a sea view is lovely. Its not huge but that is the French style. Very clean and kept that way. French luxe toiletries regularly stocked.
The staff are charming and attentive even tolerate my attempt to speak to them in French but can easily revert to English. Nothing is too much trouble including coffee/tea bought to the room early morning. Perhaps they could a little Nespresso machine in each room but this may clutter the clean lines
The pool area is spacious enough for all, very quiet and other guests are considerate so its great to just pass the hours away
Could not recommend it more

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the sea are larger and have that 'view'

This very good hotel has friendly and helpful staff, good size Comfort room (101) with plenty of clothes hanging and shelving space. Pool warm and enough sunbeds to go round so no towels at dawn needed! Convenient location for beaches, restaurants and shopping and the right side of Juan-les-Pins for an easy ride into Antibes. For restaurants try Le Plage, La Pirate and Helios, all on the beach at Juan-Les-Pins. Definitely visit Antibes - the covered market, wander round the old town and port and eat at La Forge. Talking of food, my only slight issue with the hotel is providing bowls of tinned fruit at breakfast when there is so much fresh available - only needs peeling and slicing. All in all a good experience and would definitely return.

My wife and I stayed here in June whilst visiting Antibes for our friends dream wedding, (hi T&S xxx !!) We loved the intimacy and friendliness of the hotel, it's location and eclectic furnishings. The staff were very helpful too and delightfully French. We stayed in room 210 which is a Comfort room overlooking the pool and my intial thoughts were that it was a bit on the small side. Hotel should put some blackout curtains up for the early morning sunrise. It's a nice easy walk downhill into Juan Les Pins where we enjoyed some great food but caught a cab each time we went to Antibes (cost about 15 Euros each way). The pool is perfect and as people have said, plenty of space to sunbathe (or sunburn as I tend to do). Only downside which is totally out of the hotel's control is the building work currently going on next door for a luxury new development and starts at half seven in the morning.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are great and the service is fantastic. Breakfast is pricey at 18 Euros but very good with a great selection. Small hotel which makes is very personable. Nice pool (Warm!) as well. Good location close to everything.
