In Juan les Pins for the Jazz fest which is a great venue btw. Sylvie was very hospitable. The rooms are super clean. comfy bed and a really good clean shower. Breakfast was not to be missed. Though we had to leave early the last morning (pre-breakfast), Sylvie sent us on our way with a hot cup of coffee and great recommendations for other cities. Very cozy hotel. I didn't mind or notice the noise outside. It's the beach in the summer after all. would have like a chair to relax on in the room but that is what the beach is for:) Also liked having a restaurant across the street for a cafe or a bite to eat. Very easy access to the train station for visiting other places along the Riviera. Overall, a great stay. You can see all of the love that has gone into renovating this hotel into a great retreat steps away from the beach.

Plus points were the personal and charming service, the unusual interior design with a lot of love for nostalgic looking yet contemporary style details, a wonderful breakfast and the sun-flooded terrace on the roof.

Minor drawbacks were noisy evenings, the hotel being on a bar/restaurant street (but no problem if you are out late yourself or have earplugs), and that "small room" actually means minuscule (but the owner told us that there are plans on track to merge the tiniest spaces).

Every guest and every opinion matter here, making you feel very welcome and comfortable! Merci beaucoup!

We stayed at the small room (#12) commuting to cannes during the lions and it served us perfectly as a budget/ value solution. Sylvie is a good mooded host and the terrace is a one of a kind breakfast hangout. During the hot season be prepared for noisy evenings and either close the window and face a warm temperature or open the window and bring on the earplugs (my preferred solution). That's Juan les Pins!

We stayed here for 2 nights and thought it was a charming little escape. I just loved the ornate and old elevator but be warned about the weight capacity as we got stuck when we took the elevator with 2 other friends, quite funny. The service was excellent everyone made us feel very welcome. We dined at the restaurant once and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, I especially enjoyed the cabinet of beautiful French pastries to choose from, heaven!
One word of warning, my husband and I are tall and the bed was too short for us, all very bijou adding to the charm of course but our feet did dangle off the end. Maybe other rooms had larger beds, I think we had a standard room. Bed was hard too, not my preference to say we were paying 440 euro a night. The shutters on the windows were excellent, we both needed to catch up on sleep leaving us in a dark room not being disturbed by the sun.

It started off that just around the corner are many parking spaces for free, not even a minute away from the hotel. We came when the reception was closed, called and there she was...the owner if the Hotel...what a warm welcome...
We could even choose our room, she just showed as evrything.
You go up the stairs and there you are in the middle of a modern and very stylish, yet warm boutique hotel.

Soon we found out that she was only open 10days after renovating the hotel together with her husband.

It became the best getaway I have had in years and believe me, I visit a lot of hotels.
The atmosphere was perfect, the owner was so gentle, friendly and warm that we stayed way too long in the hotel itself and almost forget to explore.

All in all...an amazing experience with the cleanest rooms and a warm and caring host that had tears in her eyes when we told we how we loved her Hotel.
And best of all...because she just opened, she is very affordable!

Room Tip: The owner herself warned us for loud crowd during the weekend so we took the top floor, but I didn t...

Thank you for your heartwarming messages. It has taken us a year and a half to get Juans les Pins' first hotel (built in 1891), ready to welcome you. We hope you enjoyed the hotel's special atmosphère, its original doors and floor tiles, as well as the modern elements we have dotted around to make you feel at home.
For those who don't know it, Juan les Pins is a small seaside resort that is renowned for its fine sand, its lively terraces and its nightlife.
Come off-peak and you'll discover the quiet side of the French Riviera. And even in the high season there are a wealth of beautiful, quiet places to escape to.
In Summer Juan les Pins puts on its party close and parties into the night. Music and laughter fill the air and keep shops open a part of night. Yes you can buy a nice dress at midnight and later......if you like the silence you won't be happy in the summer in juan les Pins !!!!
If it's peace and quiet you're after come off-season. You'll probably like it so much that you'll want to come and party in the summer!
