Stayed at this hotel six nights with my husband and two others. Spotlessly clean; the whitest most freshly laundered bed linen and towels which were changed daily.
Continental breakfast beautifully presented; quality products.
Very reasonable rates. Can't wait to go back.

It's the third time we stay in this hotel and it has become a favourite place to spend our summer holiday. It's close to the train station, to the sandy beach, the castle, the supermarket, the patisserie and to the restaurants, all within 10 min walk. The owners speak English.

I recommend breakfast at the patisserie, great choice of savoury tarts, cakes, outdoor seating, coffee and tea served. You can buy your own food and ask the owners to keep it in the fridge for you, and have dinner at the tables outdoors, they will give you plates and cutlery.

You can visit a lot of the Cote D'Azur by train from the station nearby (Monaco, Antibes, Cannes), or take the 20A bus to Aix en Provence for a 2h ride from the Gare Routiere (where you get to by local bus 20). There is also a great, massive shop for paints, crafts, beads, papier mache, videos, books and games on the 20 bus route, called Cultura (Les Tourades station). I recomend it to creative people or children.

Great value, great comfort, great location, and very quiet and clean, with nice decor. What more can you ask for?

PS: I would avoid the hot months, I heard it can be quite hot and I heard there is no AC.

We stayed here for 2 nights as we were visitng friends in Antibes. The location of the hotel is also good for visiting Cannes and the surrounding towns however we were not impressed with Mandelieu itself as there is little to do in an evening.
Breakfast was plentiful at 8 euros each, and consisted of bread (too much!),a croissant, preserves, fresh orange and coffee / tea.
The weather was warm so we were able to have breakfast outside in a very pretty flowered garden in the sunshine.
We didn't have a problem with parking as the hotel has 4 parking spaces and there are other spaces in the road although this may change as the season gets busier.

Room Tip: The hotel is in a quiet residential area so I would imagine all rooms would be OK

Stayed for a weekend and was very pleased with the location. A suggestion would be to possibly have tea/coffee making facilities in the room? Although we didn't have breakfast they looked perfect and the outside area to eat in on a sunny day was also very nice.
Thank you to the owners who were pleasant.

We have been staying here for 20 years , the owners care and they try and this place is a little gem.
It is great value , simple rooms, and the owners leave you a lone to enjoy your stay...
Car parking can be a little haphazard but the owner tries to police his spaces.

Room Tip: Stay there where ever , this is not the Ritz Savoy or Rocco Fortes Hotels ..it is in its own way

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The location is perfect as a base to explore Cote d'Azur. It is less than 10km from Cannes, close to Antibes, St Paul de Vence and other great villages and sites. There is a good beach and great restaurants in this city too so you don't need to go anywhere if you just want to relax. Our room was clean and comfortable, a bit small but the balcony made it feel bigger and provided light and air. Breakfast was continental and ok, Bonne Mama jams were a nice surprise.

The hotel has a free parking place for 4 cars in the street in front of the hotel. The street is narrow and the places are small so it helps if you have a small car :)

We enjoyed our stay and would pick this hotel again.
