except for the staff who are the only good thing about the place.
Ok so the lunchtime buffet (there is no menu anyway) is just under 11 euros (but kids over 2 pay 9 euros even if they only have a sping roll) but it isn't even worth such a cheap price.
Cold starters buffet - open tins of vegetables still swimming in the liquid that preserves them, sushis that are just balls of rice and strangely oysters which I didn't dare to try
Warm starters buffet - a couple of things were ok like the samosas (but curried so actually Indian) and maybe the spring rolls. The chicken on sticks started off really well until you realize that they are totally uncooked in the middle. The steamed raviolis were just lumps of unidentifiable something or another, the shredded chicken was so hard that you could play ball with it, the spare rib pieces were lumps of fat with a nice sauce.
Main dishes - basically, the choice was salt and peppered seafood, salt and peppered prawns, salt and peppered fish, salt and peppered frogs legs - yes, everything in the same seasoning (I'd only recommend the prawns) and then 'spicey thai chicken' which was just watery chicken with no flavour and the 'chefs beef' which is how I imagine dirty socks would taste. Rice and noodles just about edible and that's all there is for the main courses
Desserts - can't go worng with the usual ice creams, nougat and tinned fruit
Huge place, had to wait for a table which made me think it must be really good but I couldn't have been more wrong - worst Chinese buffet I've ever had the misfortune to try.
