“probably a good choice for staying in Nice”
Reviewed 2 September 2012 for a stay in July 2012

The apartment is pretty small, in the Nice apartments note, on 2 levels. It is well situated close to Promenade Des Anglais and just a few streets away from Negresco Hotel. It is a chic apartment, situated on the 3rd floor of an old building. The windows are oriented to a smaller street, looking in other balconies but not so close, but could not please anyone. The cleanness was average when we arrived there. What was really bad was that the A/C unit had the filters maybe never cleaned up and was a nasty smell when working. The price was the main reason of choosing it anyway. If you arrive later than 9 PM it will be extra charge for handing the keys. The wi-fi hotpsot wasnt working but we have been provided with the password of another one but with a lower power signal. When arrived we have been welcome with a small basket containing some tea bags, a bottle of wine and some candies. The outer door latch was kind of broken and it was pretty peculiar for closing it. In the bathroom were some local french shampoo and soap, it were nice. We stayed 7 nights but the garbage must be throw up by yourself and the bed sheets were not changed in this period. Practically you meet the agent once when you arrived or if some problems occur. Otherwise is like staying in your apartment. Also some nasty thing it was there in the kitchen were found some old boxes of cereals probably from the last visitors. In the end could be a good location if some of these bad aspects would be fixed.
