Beautifully large modern decorated apartment located in the centre of Nice. Separate kitchen, which is really well equipped with oven, induction hob, washing machine, fridge and all the utensils, pots and pans you might need for self catering. Well appointed bathroom with lovely shower. Wifi and TV are a great bonus and if you have films on your laptop you can plug into the TV via the scart plug and watch on a big screen! Comfy bed that is really cosy. If you need a few supplies take a walk onto Avenue Thiers, turn right and a short walk will take you to a Monop supermarket, which is also on the right and open late. If you need something a bit more substantial make your way to Avenue Jean Médecin to the Monoprix supermarket, but do this early in the day as it does closes earlier. The apartment is a stones throw from the main train station, Gare de Nice-Ville and tickets are not expensive, just remember to validate your ticket before you travel. Also the 100 bus, which you catch from the Port to Monaco is a must and again not expensive. Lots to explore in Nice but be prepared to walk a fair amount as it is quite a big place. If you arrive at the airport terminal 2, take a free shuttle bus to terminal 1 where you can catch a 98 or 99 bus into the centre of Nice but be aware the airport is not that well sign posted (which I found very annoying) but don't be afraid to ask where to go. Communications with the property manager was great, very friendly and helpful. My partner and I loved the apartment and the place so much we have booked again already for next year.
