It's an airport hotel, what do you expect? But it is not charmless, and they do have the basics in quite a comfortable way for a night's sleep before facing the hell that is Nice airport's parking station car rental return. I was happy to pick them, since, corny though it might be, the colourful happy happy interior decoration was some how cheering in the blighted landscape that you find between a major highway and an airport. I can also say that although some of the staff, were to put it politely 'inexperienced', I am thinking of one waiter in the restaurant from China who was incapable of bringing me anything at all, or performing any task at all since 'I am new here', but he was affable about his incompetence, on the other hand the manager of the restaurant, Nicholas? Was truly fantastic, in his attention to detail and his flexibility with every request both for dinner and the breakfast run, which I needed extra early due to the inhuman hour of my departure. I must also say that the room, a deluxe, was very comfortable, functional, and had a view of the ocean, admittedly over and airstrip, but was totally silent, and easy to sleep in. This is not a place I would stay in for any other reason than that I had to depart on a super early flight, but in so far as this is concerned I do not think from what I saw in the other nearby alternatives you could have a more convenient and really rather comfy standby hotel.

We had booked this hotel for a 3 course lunch for our party of 14 after being on a cruise provided by MSC. Our transfer from our cruise arrived at Nice airport at 12 and our flight wasnt until 6.45pm, so we thought that this was a good way to break up the day instead of sitting in a hot airport for hours. The Hotel's shuttle bus picked us up from Nice airport T1 and when we needed to go back to the airport, they dropped us back.
Our lunch was very nice, we had already pre-booked the food we were having and all was served in large portions and was presented nicely on the plate. Our party included young children, teens and adults. The children had a seperate selection for their meals and the teens of our party wanted to eat off the childrens menu. The hotel allowed us to do so, giving them larger portions of the meal for an extra £2 ish.

The food was really good and of such a reasonable price!
After lunch we were able to sit by the pool outside in the sun with drinks which was so nice and relaxing.

Really recommend this hotel for a stop of lunch or a stay. We have already decided we will be returning to stay.

I would not stay at this hotel by choice. Our plane was delayed so we were given this hotel by Easyjet. It is no way a 4 star hotel. It needs a total update. We were ignored on arrival. The room was not comfy. You are not allowed to open the windows although it does have a view, of the runway! The bathroom was scruffy, mouldy shower, paint peeling off the walls and door, the bidet didnt work, and the toilet seat loose. No toiletries, just a soap dispenser. We where stuck there for 3 days, but we escaped after breakfast which meant going back to the terminal to get a bus into town then went back at night. Altho dinner was included we prefered to eat in town.I have stayed in better cleaner 2 star hotels in Nice.

We booked this hotel at the last minute. Didn't realise the location so close to the airport and was initially a little disappointed. But staff at the hotel were lovely and were quick to point out the various public transport options to get around (buses to get into town, trains to get to Monaco). So this was not a major issue in the end like I had thought.
The rooms are quite compact but we didn't spend a lot of time in there. They were very clean. Facilities were basic but again we did not really need anything more that what was offered. The beds are comfy. And the hotel was also quiet, which was awesome given its location.
Sauna and steam rooms were good, the pool area was also nice. We did spend an afternoon sitting by it.
Overall, we would recommend this to others. It was great for our weekend get away.

Do not expect anything fancy, but at least the rooms are big enough and clean
You should be able to find prices around 90-100 euro which is OK for nice, you have the airport within 5mins walk and also you can take buses there towards the old town but remember buses stop very early (9pm or so) therefore you will probably need a taxi to head back to the hotel (around 20 euro from the old town)
The swiming pool area is nice and the pool is great for summer

Park Inn hotels are owned by Radisson Hotel Group and i must admit i have never actively wanted to stay in what i used to class in the same group as holiday inn or Premier Inn but i ended up in Park Inn, Nice France by pure chance (secret hotel deal) and i couldn't be happier so much so we stayed there 2 days later when returning to the airport.

Although there colour logo is not wonderful there service was, we were given full access to all the facilities (most importantly we were told what all the facilities were).

The room was large and spotless although to pick holes the bath could have done with being re-sealed as the sealant was looking a little off and the red wall in the room was maybe a little to red? subtlety is the key.
The bed was fantastically comfortable and i slept better than i have in a while, quite possibly the nicest hotel bed i have slept in.

As for the staff they were extremely helpful polite and well mannered, they could do with someone being permanently on the downstairs bar but other than that it was great and the food was good too, we were even driven to the train station and the airport.

All in all with work i am often flying into Nice i will be staying here next time!

Room Tip: although this is by a main road and close to the airport ( i walked there from terminal one) i did n...

What made me rate poorly this hotel was the heater! It says in their web: Individual Climate Control! No, there was no control at all! The room was really cold, we could not control the temperature, since they set up in low temperature! I had to be in the room with my coat all the time! At the beggining we thought it was broken, but them we ask for another room, and we still could not control it, and still freezing. We gave up and stayed with our coats in the room!
The staff was ok. The hotel did not deserves a 4 star, may be a good 3 star ! It looks like they were going through some financial difficulties!
