This one is right in the middle of all the action on the 24/7 Promenade Des Anglais. It could be a bit noisy in high season, but the hotel wisely installed a second set of glass doors on the balcony to block out some of the street noise. Rooms are nice and clean with a very colour full decor. Parking is great and staff were pleasant and helpful.

Room Tip: the garden view rooms also have a great ocean front view as well

This hotel is centrally placed to enjoy all that nice has to offer. Great staff who were very willing to help and made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were very modern in decor and beds were comfortable and large. Good TV with lots of channels including English speaking channels. we upgraded to a garden view room and were very happy with the room size and view. Great shower and bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation.

Room Tip: garden view room very nice. Courtyard view on level 2 felt a bit like a bunker.

The location of the hotel is excellent. We did not have a sea front room but the beautiful sea view could well be seen from the balcony. You can just cross the road to the beach. The old town and good restaurants are only some minutes away as well as all the shopping possibilities.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was good. Would choose this hotel again.

We found this hotel to be completely faultless in every way. The location is perfect - right on the beach but only 5 mins walk from the old town. Great views of the Azur sea! Staff are excellent - efficient, friendly and helpful. room was exceptionally clean. Bed was a superking size - firm but comfy and plenty of pillows. Nespresso machine in room and replenished pods. Excellent large walk-in shower. Overall v pleased. Would return.

This was our first visit to Nice and this was an excellent location.

Do not be put off by the unimpressive reception area which is small and not as expected for a large 4* chain hotel. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

We did not have a sea front facing room but the room was consequently very quiet. It had very effective, quiet air conditioning and was very comfortable. The rooms have tea and coffee making facilities.

Breakfast was more than adequate with a good selection of the usual of breads, pastries and cooked breakfast.

What makes the hotel a great choice is its location. It is in the middle of the promenade and you can cross the road to the beach and great sea views. The market and old town are about 5 minutes walk away and have great restaurants. The shopping area is approximately 10 minutes walk away and the railway station about 15-20 minutes away. There are regular trains to Cannes and Monaco.

One tip, the taxis are very expensive. A short 3 mile(ish) from the airport was €40! There is a regular bus service to and from the airport that stops just round the corner from the hotel and is €6 each.

We would stay here again.

Room Tip: A room facing away from the seafront will be quieter.
