We spent the month of February in this charming old town condo. It was as close to perfect as you can get! Clean, comfortable, furnished with everything we needed to live there for a month. It was unusually cool at the end of the month (even snowed) but the condo was toasty warm. The location was beyond excellent. In the middle of Vieux Ville yet quiet every night. Grocery store just at the end for the street, a bus stop just a block away and a 10 minute walk to the sea. Monaco, Eze, Vence etc. all an easy bus ride. We loved everything about this rental and would go back in a heartbeat.
We spent a wonderful week in Nice in the really cute apartment in the middle of the old town in a narrow street. Although we hired a car, you don't really need one if you do not intend to make great trips. We love Nice with its flair, the beach, the surroundings everything.
Right in the centre of the Old Town, this apartment was the perfect base for our holiday in Nice. Situated just off Place Garibaldi, we had access to bus/tram stops, bars/restaurants and a lovely supermarket (2 minute walk away). A 15 minute stroll through the streets of vieux nice would take you to the Promenade de Anglais and the Port was also within easy walking distance.
The apartment itself was well equipped and had all the amenities we could possibly require for a week in Nice, including a cool bag and beach mats which were welcomed on those stoney beaches!
We had a fabulous stay and would recommend the apartment to anyone who wanted a lovely holiday in a beautiful place.
This apartment is so convenient for all the sights of old Nice as well as the museum of modern art, literally just around the corner on the Promenade des Arts. An easy stroll down through the maze of the old town brings you to the sea, the Promenade des Anglais, the Cours Saleya for the fruit and veg market and much, much more. The apartment has everything you might need, only two electric hobs but there's also an oven, quite adequate for making us a very nice xmas dinner. And also Monoprix is also about 2 minutes away so no carrying heavy shopping a long way. Buses and trams are convenient for going a bit further afield. Would definitely come back!
This is a fantastic apartment for a short stay in Nice. Situated in a small side street on the edge of the old town, it's easy walking distance to all of the main sights, bars and restaurants-you really couldn't ask for a better location.
The apartment itself is a good size and nicely decorated. There's a well stocked kitchen with a small dining table and even a little balcony at the back which is nice for breakfast. Free, good strength wifi is included too. All in all an excellent option for a couple, I'd certainly go back.
great location great place lovely holidays. A bit expenssive for my budget but i would defitilely come back one week!!! My son and I loved the flat and Nice!
Ideal location in old town Nice for exploring. Near to public transport for touring further.
The top floor flat is great for two people. Simple, stylish decoration and design of small flat. Very thoughtfully appointed. Lovely small balcony at back of flat overlooking quiet courtyard - great spot for eating breakfast in the sun.
Vieux Nice is full of colour, narrow lanes, small shops and great restaurants - all can be reached very easily on foot from Rue Neuve.
