We are so sorry not being able to reach your expectations with your lamb... but I have to add some precisions on this subject to our TA readers :
Your piece was coming from the same delivery ( and animal) than your wife’s part and we are very surprised about a such difference in quality from the same animal .
You are also claiming that you couldn’t eat it … but we took a picture of your plate coming back in the kitchen and there is no more meat inside ! (We can send it to you or to anyone else if necessary ) . Did you have a dog under the table to eat it because we didn’t see him ?
When we discovered your un-satisfaction ( we always ask to all our guests how they are feeling ) we immediately offered you 50% discount on the plate in order to apologize : discount that you accepted with alacrity without any other comments at this time )
We are so weary about such mistaken comments on the web , saying only a part of the truth , that from few week now we are taking ( and keeping ) pictures of all plates of unsatisfied guests : and we are very proud to say that there is not a lot of them and our global reviews on TA can easily prove it .
So Rob , next time , please be fair also and do not accept a discount if you feel that it is a big mistake ( as you descripted it ) !
