A perfectly fine but small hotel located 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the promenade des anglais which means you are in easy walking distance of everything Nice has to offer. The room as on the small side but clean. The lack of shower curtain as strange, but not a major problem. The staff were friendly and there was no problem leaving our luggage there for the full day. Didn't have breakfast, but overall, I'd have no problems staying there again

The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were very helpful. The room was a generous size as was the bathroom. The shower was over the bath and the position of the shower head, which was just above the height of the bath, made it difficult to shower, especially with the added problem of no shower curtain. One had to lie, kneel or crouch down to have a shower so as not to flood the bathroom. The toilet although looked clean, did not smell clean. Having said that, we managed to adapt for the few days we were there. We asked for a quiet room, and that's exactly what we got. The Hotel is situated in a residential area, close to a supermarket and within easy walking distance to the main sea front and the main shopping area.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room and you'll probably get one. The windows are double glazed, so if you'...

This was a nice little hotel to stay at while on our trip for a few nights, clean rooms, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, room cleaned daily by staff. Great location, 5mins walk to beach, 5mins walk to the train station, 5mins walk to shopping street, and 10mins walk to Oldtown nice, would have no problem staying here again. The staff upon arrival were very welcoming, an pleasant, and will help you with anything you need.

I was not impressed with sad, dark, cheap and worn out decor but what really upsets me is how poorly we were treated by the staff. Most unpleasant experience I had in a while! When things go missing from your room and you get no help or apology from people working there there it makes you wonder...

The staff at this hotel are very mindful of who is entering and exiting at all times. This made us feel that the place was nice and secure. The location as others have mentioned is just superb and great for those on a budget so to speak. Surrounded by many amentities to help you with your stay.If approached in a polite fashion the front desk people will get you to where you want to go. The only downside is the awkward size bathtub but the place was nice and clean. Above all the location superb

We are a young (26) couple who were on a backpacking trip in Europe. We needed a place with high walkability, and this was perfect. It was 10 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the beach. The rooms were small and kind of outdated, but it had a nice balcony and was quiet. The staff was friendly and helped us print our boarding passes. Great for backpackers traveling as a couple and on a budget.

The rooms have been very well maintained. Very Hygiene and provided with toileteries, this hotel is the best example for small budget category. I will return to this hotel when I am explore more the southern France. Book in advance to get best pricing. Break fast is reasonably priced and great. You can stay any number of days, as this is very near to seashore and railway station.

Room Tip: ask for rooms at upper floors.
