Fantastic location 1min from Nice promenade, with a tiny pool on the attractive roof top terrace. Rooms massive double bed with tea & coffee free and decent bathroom. However no free WiFi €12 to connect, disappointing breakfast and forget going to the gym - 1 running machine, 2 exercise bikes that’s it.
I stay in hotel at least twice a week. This is not my top choice sorry More

We stayed here for four days. The rooms were very comfortable with a nice modern design. Free WiFi for Bonvoy members which is always a plus. The hotel is less than a block from the ocean. Lots of great restaurants nearby. A great rooftop pool area. It was a bit chilly while we were there but we did enjoy a glass of champagne while taking in the view. I imagine it's a wonderful spot to relax int he summer. The last night of our stay we were exhausted and decided to just eat dinner at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the Lounge restaurant. They had a great variety of fresh food and it was reasonable priced. We ordered the Pizza Marguerite, squid in pasta with seafood and a blue cheese burger. All were delicious. The staff were all friendly and super helpful.
The hotel and room were clean and modern. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t say anything about the food. Very polite and friendly staff. But how there are still hotels left that charges you for wifi I will never understand. In this hotel you will have to pay 12eur if you want to use their wifi. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great too!
I stayed here for two days. The Hotel looks appealing and the design is modern. The service was good and there was lots of room in the lobby. It also had a nice Starbucks with lots of seats to work. The rooms are nothing special but I think they could be better. The bathroom was quite small.
The hotel includes a fitness room (quite small with old equipment) and a nice rooftop lounge area with a pool. The view of the Ocean and the city was absolutely stunning. The real downside of my visit was the pool. The pool looked nice and was in a beautiful spot with a clear view of the blue sky. Except that the pool is freezing cold. Its a good sized pool with clear water. But it's cold, really cold. I saw nobody go in there. I went in for about 20 minutes. It's doable but not many people would. The rooftop could also get quite windy.
The Hotel is right on the Beach which is good because numerous restaurants are close by.
I also liked the smell when you get out of the elevator on the fifth, fourth and sixth floor.
Overall, it was a decent stay.
This hotel has an amazing rooftop pool overlooking the French Riviera. In the evening the restaurant on the rooftop tranforns into a lounge with great music and cocktails. The staff was very attentive. Hotel is in a great location walking steps to the beach. Will definitely stay again and recommend
I came to Nice for only few days on this trip mainly for business reasons & seeing a
best friend of mine whom I haven’t seen since her wedding in early 2018! The Hôtel didn’t fail to impress starting with the check-in process, how quick it was, clear & once again the recognition offered to BonVoy (older SPG) Platinum members with the Great free upgrade I received for a partial sea-view room which was anything but partial! There’s also a gorgeous terrace on the Ground floor which is great for a morning coffee! Can’t think of major downsides but for the breakfast they serve was quite basic & can use some upgrade!
