Hotel is good to stay for few nights in Nice. Very close to the train station and Promenade du Paillon. About 10 minutes walk to the seaside and Breakfast is perfect! Fruits, coffee, juice yoghurt, very delicious croissants! Staff is very helpful. Fast check in. First night we slept in the room with 2 single beds shifted together, that wasn't very comfortable for a couple, so in the morning we asked to change the room to the room with double bed, and the new room was provided in few minutes. That bed was very comfortable. Price is a little bit overstated (but as I understand it's okay for the season). It is mentioned on the website that hotel may block the amount of 1 night after 6pm the day of arrival. But the hotel blocked the sum of 1 night stay from our credit card the first time 1 week before arrival and the second time on the day of arrival.

Very short overnight stay as part of an interrail trip. Staff were extremely friendly when they saw how exhausted I was!
The 'classic' room that I had was a decent size with a very comfortable bed and a good shower room / bathroom.
Stay was short, but I slept extremely well. A good example of a very good budget hotel being close to the rail station. Only a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach if you are so inclined first thing in the morning.

We stayed here for 4 nights, exploring the French riviera. The room is good size and clean. Like all IBIS hotels, WIFI is free which comes very handy. I would have loved if they had tea coffee making facilities, but it's not a deal breaker.

Location is excellent. Nice old town is about 5 mins away on the tram and same for the beach. You can easily walk in about 20 mins. In other direction, about 10 mins away, is the main railway station. We took train to visit other cities in the riviera. So location was perfect.

I think we paid about 150 Euros for a night which is on pricey side, excluding breakfast. But other than that, it a perfect hotel for a long weekend getaway.
