We arrived a little early however our room was available and we were shown to it. The room itself was very clean and light and has everything that we needed. There was no milk and only two teabags however with the heat we drank bottled water which we kept cold in the mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable and there was a small canvas shelving/wardrobe unit which held our clothes for the week. My dresses were slightly long for it so I hung them on the other furniture. The bathroom was a perfect size although the bath was a bit small but it did have an over the bath shower which was great. The bed was made daily and the bathroom was cleaned, towels and bathmat changed a few times during our stay. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear people coming up and downthe stairs that said though once we were asleep we didnt wake until the sun peaked through and we heard the birds. The staff were very friendly during our stay. When we checked out on our last day we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and collect in the evening which was very kind of them. The hotel is just down the road from the train station approx 10 min and 15-20min to the promenade. It is on a quiet street, out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the town. Perfect base for exploring Nice and the surrounding area.
