Booked 2 rooms. Only able to check in one. Not able to confirm if the second room booked still available. Phone not answered after trying for over 2 hours. E-mail returned with standard 'Do not reply' and see FAQ's etc. Two phone calls to head office eventually got us a verbal assurance that room was booked. All good when we got there but stressful in the meanwhile.

Good afternoon and thank you to taking times to leave a comment on tripadvisor.
You wrote that you try to contact us during 2 hours with nobody ? I need to know when because when you call the hôtel, and if all the lines are busy, your call is automaticly transfered to a call center so i can't understand why you had anybody on phone.
Then I need more information about your booking to understand why this is a mistake to give you information about the 2nd booking. We do about 90 check in per day at the front desk and about 6000 guests by month so I'm disponted about that. Do not hesitate to contact me by email at h2579@accor.com.
Hop your stayed was good.
regards,

The only redeeming feature is its location, it is good for a one night sleep, but not much else. We had a non smoking room, but could still smell some cigarette smoke that wafted in probably from the hallway. The bathroom can barely fit one person, has no hairdryer and it is really cramped. The breakfast is tasty with a fair variety of choice but there was a long line-up as they had only one drink dispensing machine working, that being the only way to get a coffee or tea. The Novotel hotel that is adjacent to this one is probably a better choice.

This hotel was a perfect walking distance from the airport. Pay parking was available. The room we had you could hear every time someone flushed the toilet or took a shower and it was very loud. Unfortunately I think the people that were upstairs only got there once we went to bed so I just tried to ignore it and sleep instead of complaining.

A short 4 minute walk to Nice airport Terminal ONE, walk across the street, across the bridge, you're there. Room was ok, but no safe and no hair dryer in room. The breakfast buffet was quite weak compared to other Ibis Budget hotels in the area, but it was also cheaper. Still, acceptable. There are other hotels nearby you can walk to that have restaurants, or just walk to the airport. Air conditioning worked really great here. No working English language t.v. at the time I was there. Staff weren't rude, but not really friendly here. Room was much in need of some cleaning and updating especially in the bathroom, but ok for one night. It was quiet.

Room tip: Some rooms might have airport views, otherwise, you'll look into a wall.

Few people would decide to make a holiday at this hotel, but it's a great place if you are staying near the airport to catch a flight (or have a late arrival). The hotel is very easy to reach from the airport - a five minute walk. The rooms are small but pretty clean.

If you have time, you can get into Nice very easily from a nearby bus stop. Plus, it's only EUR 1.50 to get to town. All along the route into town are gorgeous beaches (so you could get off earlier if you just want to swim in the amazing blue waters of Nice).

The biggest drawback is that there are very few places to get something to eat in the area.

Front desk staff is SUPER nice. I was actually surprised at how warm and accommodating they were.
