We booked this hotel for a 2 night stay based on trip advisor reviews and we got pretty much what we expected. The hotel is located on a narrow street a few blocks back from the main promenade and not far from the main shopping area so location is definitely ideal for exploring Nice.
We were greeted at reception by a very nice gentleman who marked on the tourist map where we were, how to get to the promenade, where the restaurants and bars were, where the tourist attractions were etc
The room was clean with simple decoration and furniture but had everything we needed (with the exception of an iron). The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels even if they were a bit worn. My only small gripe would be that we were in one of the attic rooms on the top floor and although the floor space is generous the pitch on the ceiling meant that we could only stand up straight in about half of the room.
We felt it was good value for money given that accomodation in Nice can be pretty expensive! We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that.More
