“The sweetest little hotel in Nice!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 July 2014

I stayed at Hotel Aria for my 30th Bday with 2 girlfriends. The husband & wife owners were AMAZING- spoke perfect English and were incredibly sweet, helpful, and eager to give us suggestions in the area. We felt perfectly safe and taken care of the whole time. The hotel lobby and decor were so adorable and 'french' that we took photos in the hallway! Our 3rd floor room was spacious enough for 3 girls with a nice bathroom and the most incredible floor to ceiling windows which opened up onto our beautiful private balcony with the most amazing view of the garden and quiet street below. The location was ideal with a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and to the main beaches and shopping areas. Cant say enough good things about this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a private balcony overlooking the main street- the views were so incredible that...

Great Hotel, Fantastic location close to shops, restaurants, cafes. The people at the hotel were very welcoming when we arrived and throughout our whole stay. They gave us maps and information on attractions etc and even assisted us in purchasing tickets for our day trip to Monaco. The accomodation/room was ideal for a family of 4 and it was very open and comfortable. I would definately recommend this hotel and would stay again myself. The breakfast was also included and very good.

We stayed in this hotel for a week and really enjoyed it. All the staff were very helpful, the room was bright and spacious and was cleaned/tidied thoroughly every day. It is in a nice location, overlooking a small park and is only a short walk to the shops on Avenue Jean Medicin, or to the Promenade and the beaches. It's also very close to the train station.

The room was well priced and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a upper floor - lovely view over the park and towards the hills, plus less street...

The Hotel Aria was chosen for our one night stopover for it's location to the train station and the TA reviews it received. The couple we met on arrival may have been owners or managers and they were delightful-happy to share local knowledge as to where to go for our one afternoon here and where to find a good meal.

The room has a very small ( stunning) old fashioned lift that could take the bags and one person. Hubby legged it up the stairs. The hallway decoration was rather striking, almost a burlesque design, stunning!!

The room was comfortable, compact but had all that was required for a good sleep. We were at the back of the hotel, had a small window however we were only in there to sleep. There was a handy fridge and some toiletries.

The hotel is located half way down the street between the train station and promenade, 10 mins or so each way. The airport bus drops you right outside the train station at the top of Auber Avenue. Great stop!

Spent two nights in this centrally located hotel. 10min walk from train station, 15min walk to beach.
We had a very small (double)room but comfortable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good. No coffee/tea in rooms. Walking distance to good restaurants. One very good one next door and another Villa d' Este 10min walk (Italian) had huge servings.

The Hotel Aria is a delightful boutique hotel with charming host, hostess and staff.
Plain clean rooms with plenty of space. An excellent breakfast available at the hotel but plenty of restaurants nearby, our hostess supplied us with a list on our arrival. The short walk down from the rail station to the hotel made life very easy and it was about the same distance to the beach(approx. 5 - 10 minutes). We would stay here again.
