We stayed here for one night, I would of liked to of stayed longer. On arrival we were offered a glass of wine or juice, then shown to our room. It was on the third floor, a traditional room with a small balcony. The room was decorated in yellow flowers and soundproof walls. The bathroom was spotless with soap and shampoo and hairdryer. A small bottle of wine and two bottles of water were provided too. There is a small roof terrace with a table and chairs. For the price of this hotel in Nice I think it is a bargain and I would go back there again.

Loved our two night stay at this hotel. First of all, I cannot say enough good things about Sondra, the receptionist that checked us in and also assisted us multiple times over our stay. She was fluent in English but was patient with me as I practiced ma française and had a lively and funny personality--she was simply wonderful.
The hotel itself is your standard, European hotel, which I love. The only noise that we heard was from the outside, but you have to expect that when you are in a hotel that is in a prime and central location in the middle of old Nice. For the location, I don't think you can beat the cleanliness of the rooms and the price. Anytime we came through reception, whether at 4 in the afternoon or 4 in the morning (as it was when we left to catch our train), we were asked if we needed any help finding anything and given whatever we needed to go about our trip. It is close to both bus transportation and the tram--we had no problems getting around the old city as well as going up to the Museé de Chagall. I would recommend it highly.

Room Tip: My guess is that rooms in the back would have less street noise.

This hotel is rather overpriced for what it offers. The best thing about it is the location - in the medieval part of the city. However the rooms are extremely small and cluttered. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear people in the next room chatting. Some of the receptionists are rather unhelpful. There was a small safe in the room which I couldn't get to work and the attitude from receptionist was, well I don't know anything about them... and similar response to one or two other things. Also the radiators don't work so in early spring the room was freezing.

Very lovely hotel and a great location in the old town of Nice. Staff was helpful and we got flexible service, because our room was first too high (too much stairs to walk for my mother) but after one night we got a lovely room from the first floor.
I recommendation this hotel, Merci beaucoup!

This is an excellent hotel, small but perfectly placed for seeing the city, walking to the Promenade des Anglais, catching a bus or tram and meandering round the 'Old Town' or port. The staff are friendly and welcoming and all speak excellent English. The rooms are very good - not huge - but more than adequate and well appointed. I would definitely go back. I just wish that it had been more obvious that you could buy a glass of wine there.

Room Tip: They are all quiet

First time in Nice and would definately visit again! Weather great and lots to see. Hotel situated in the Old town and easy reached with the 98 bus from the airport. Picked the Hotel after studying lots of reviews, which were spot on. The rooms are adequate and would call 'shabby chique'. Shower was superbe even though I prefer a bath. Up on the 3rd floor which has a steep, narrow staircase, so not for those with waking dificulties. Only downside I could mention was the lack of tea making facilities in the room - would have been a very welcome addition.Staff friendly and supplied welcome glass of wine on arrival and were helpful with directions and sites. Breakfast was buffet and only one long table for all to sit at which was a little uncomfortable if you area little shy - only had one morning. For a 2 star great hotel in great location.

Room Tip: room 206 - orange 'shabby chique' could do with up dating

Just Brilliant. located in a quiet but still central part of the Old town ( very close to the tram and the square, and museum) > the airport bus ( and bus to eze) drops barely 2 mins from the hotel. Smoothest checkin, very friendly staff, nice clean looking yet simple hotel. Free internet was great, free breakfast was really nice too. Not the best views from the window but given the price ( and locality) i wasnt expecting that. Highly recommended for a short budget trip
