Great place ! Friendly staff, clean modern rooms . Finally a hotel where internet access is easy and fast.- beautifull view and in the middle of Nice. Breakfast was a treat .
Definately recommend this hotel !

Room Tip: We stayed on the 5th floor , junior suite facing the sea.

A very warm and most welcoming hotel. Treated very special by all staff,
A hotel with all can you ask for. Excellent service and excellent hospitality. Felt at home in every way. The sea view from my room was amazing.
Whether leisure or business, this hotel is the perfect choice. Perfect location for everything you can ask for.

North Cyprus.

Room Tip: I highly recommend the sea view rooms.

The building is beautiful; nineteenth century façade behind which an ultra modern hotel has been built to include an inside-outside swimming pool, gym, steam room etc. The staff could not be more helpful and everyone we met spoke excellent English which is a bonus. Our double room was large with an en-suite bathroom but separate loo which is novel. The most surprising thing was to find the wonderful hotel restaurant is no more expensive than most of the better establishments we tried and the food was better by far. The hotel caters for business clients and has a conference centre but is still a welcoming place for families as well. The breakfast is not to be missed and is served from 7 am even on Sundays!
The only suggestion I could make to improve things would be to brighten up the view at the back of the hotel which looks out onto a large paved area. Some plants and palm trees would transform the place.

Room Tip: Room at the back have no view of the sea but they are much cheaper as a result.

I was here on a business trip (as already in the last 3-4 years) to find again excellent service, excellent rooms, good meeting rooms, nice bar and restaurant.
Reconfirmed as my favourite in town!
If you need help in directions, restaurant suggestion or whatever else, the concierge was particularly useful and friendly.

The rooms on the front looking at the sea are of course the best to stay with a balcony.
Rooms are rather large, the bed was very confortable, very nice bathroom. Nice overall decoration and equipments. The breakfast is very well furnished, food is very good and service is pretty good and careful. Hotel lobby is great and the huge terrasse at 3rd floor (breakfast and restaurant floor) which offers a fantastic view on the sea. Very central and good place to stay at Nice!

This is an excellent hotel for a stay in Nice. It's centrally located right by the water. The rooms are spacious and modern. Service is excellent with little touches such as replacing the complimentary water bottles during the nightly turndown service. The shower/bath uses one of those Northern European shorter glass dividers to block the water, which is never fully successful and leads to some water on the bathroom floor (less than other hotels that use similar devices). The room had a balcony overlooking the city and mountains. While not a sea view, it was probably the quieter side of the building and pleasant enough.

The breakfast buffet has a good selection of warm and cold foods, but is quite pricey. There is a small indoor pool that is connected to the outdoor part through an opening in a glass wall that you can swim through. The gym is reasonably well-equipped and there is a complimentary sauna available also.

The only negative was the reliability of the internet. When operating, it was one of the fastest internet connections I've seen in a hotel. Unfortunately, at least during my visit, it was prone to frequent outages (at least 4 that I noticed) when there was no internet connectivity. Not enough to drop the rating a star but something that management should look into improving.

If the cost is within your budget, I highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Because of the design of the hotel, it's hard to get a true 100% sea view that doesn't have...

The thing about week-end breaks (in this case 3 nights, Friday to Monday) is that they can be wasted by having to deal with problems and inconveniences. But not at this hotel! Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff throughout the hotel - reception, concierge, bar, breakfast and cleaning staff.
Want to travel to Cannes or Monte Carlo? 15 minutes walk up the Rue Du Congres at the side of the hotel to the railway station and great SNCF train service (and again helpful staff).
Want to eat out? Then ten minutes walk takes you into the old town and a vast range of restaurants and bars.
And a bonus? We had tapas (excellent) in the bar on our first night were delighted to find one highly skilled jazz pianist which made the bar almost like a club.
In total, a stress free week-end. What more could you ask for?
