Lovely Hotel, Reception staff very helpful, Rooms were newly furnished and spotless. Breakfast was good BUT the size of the breakfast room let this hotel down, very small and cramped so, if you decide to go for breakfast at a busy time ... it is not a very nice experience. The Hotel is situated near the train station and tram lines, (We used the train and went To Monaco one day and Cannnes the next - VERY easy to negotiate). Would certainly use this Hotel again.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Pretty good location, easy walk to train station (5 mins), about 10 mins to the beach and old town. Reception was nice and helpful, room was decent size and was clean. Kind of what you expect from a best western, not going to blow you away but provides good value for the money. Would stay there again unless I wanted to pay more for more luxury or a beach view.

Great hotel, finished lovely and very clean and comfortable, but it needs the soundproofing between rooms sorting.. could hear the fog horn of a woman in the room next door all night until she went asleep then again at 6am when she got up for breakfast

We stayed here for 6 nights. My son living in Nice had already picked this hotel from 5 tripadvisor selected by me. The criteria was good sleeping quality, bathroom with bathtub, decent breakfast and good transportation possibilities. The hotel is situated in the hart of Nice along the tram-railway which connects-brings you to all main city places for 1 Euro per trip. Also close walking distance to main trainstation. We came by car and could park the car at Q-park guarded parking for Euro 15/day (hotel-arrangement) in Notre dame street, just accross the hotel. If you go for parking your car and ask for multi-day-ticket...make sure you arrange in afternoon between 13:00 and 19:00 when guard is in office and you not have to pay for extra day when arranging in morning before 13:00. Also first time coming to Nice by car it is really difficult to get your way through all the one-way streets. The hotelroom was clean and just enought amneties for our needs. the breakfast was "basic french.... wide assorted". staff is very friendly and helpfull. Would certainly stay here next time in Nice

This hotel is in a great location - right near shops, train station and 10 minutes walk to the old city. The hotel is in good condition and the rooms were very clean and well maintained with high ceilings. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful old staircase.

The priviledge room we stayed in was adequate though not very large. No room service, old style tv, blankets rather than duvets are some of the minor minus points.
We stayed for 4 days.
