Lovely, well equipped apartment in a great location in Nice. Walking distance to main attractions and local area has lots of restaurants and a great boulangerie opposite.

“A home from home on the Cote d'Azur!”

We can not recomend this apartment highly enough. From the begining the service provided made it easy to book with prompt reply to all emails, comprehensive information provided about the apartment and easy pick up and collection of keys.
The apartment itself is in an excellent location, convenient to the airport bus, supermarkets, the bread shop and fabulous restaurants.
The apartment has no lift and you will be kept fit climbing the five flights of stairs but it is so worth it. Inside the apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. Wi-fi is excellent. The small balcony is perfect for eating out. A nice touch is that tea, coffee, dishwasher & washing machine tablets and L'occitane toiletries are provided.
This apartment is an ideal base to go exploring the Cote d'Azur and we hope to return again.

“Can't wait to return”
Reviewed 22 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

I stayed here with my partner in July and had an amazing time in the beautiful city of Nice. The apartment is set in a gorgeous old building with light and modern rooms but still with the old style finishings etc. The wrap around balcony is perfect for enjoying the evening sun with a glass of wine or bubbly which we did most evenings. The apartment is a perfect location with only a 5 min walk to the beach and in the heart of all the exciting restaurants and bars. Far too many to mention but you'd be unlucky to encounter a bad experience. The apartment is on the 5th floor and does become hard work by the end of the week. That said it's worth the additional effort to appreciate the views plus we could barely hear any of the city noise.
The air conditioning is a life saver and you'd be crazy to rent a room without it.

“Nice Holiday”

This Appartment was in a great location in Nice. Only a few minutes from the beach and many shops to purchase food, you only had to walk a short distance to get your fresh bread in the morning. The main railway station was a 10 minute walk from the Appartment, for a vist to Monte Carlo,Cannes or even a day trip over the border into Italy. The choice of shops in Nice is large as is the places to eat out. This apartment was on the top floor over 100 steps up we were aware of this but this might not suit everyone if you have health problems.
We were greeted on arrival by rosy who even offered to help carry our cases up all the stairs.
The owner who I spoke with on number of occasions was very helpful and always contacted you quickly.

“A very relaxing stay in a bright, airy, serene apartment in fabulous location.”

We had a very enjoyable 10 night stay in ciel bleu 1 apartment which is so spacious for two people. The facilities are exceptional and the decor is very tranquil. The whole experience made a lovely change from staying in a hotel. The location is perfect for accessing all that beautiful Nice has to offer.
There are five flights of stairs to climb but once you enter the apartment it is like a different world. I had a great sense of privacy and quiet despite being in the city. The wrap around balcony and being on the top floor is a real bonus as it added to a sense of space and light.
The owner, Mike, is friendly and helpful and made the whole process easy, from the booking stage right through to checking in and out of the apartment.
I would definitely stay there again.

Liked best: location, French feel and very bright and airy
Liked least: balcony faces north so there was no sun there in April. Probably a blessing in the summer!

“Very attractive, stylish and spacious apartment in great location”
Reviewed 10 January 2014 for a stay in December 2013

This is a very attractive, stylish and spacious apartment with neutral colours throughout, high ceilings and balcony. It made for a very enjoyable and relaxing week.
It is very centrally located amidst cafes, restaurants, well known stores (Galleries La Fayette, Monoprix etc), and just a few minutes walk to the Old Town and all the main tourist attractions of Nice, as well as being just two blocks back from the beach.
We stayed here for a week between Christmas and New Year (rented both Ciel Bleu 1 and Ciel Bleu 2 and used the connecting door, to accommodate large family). There was plenty going on - Nice was very busy, there were Christmas lights and decorations throughout the town and New Year celebrations on the beach.
You don't need a car - the bus and train services are excellent - short bus trip to the beautiful village of Eze, and train trip to Monaco are just two of many nearby excursions you can do.
The owner was very pleasant and accommodating and made the booking process very simple.
